This is possible thanks to two modifications:
1. MHGU Reworked made by Potobc, which can be found here:

2. MH4U CB Restored, made by Xixiyi, which can be found here:

A couple of important things:
- This is the japanese 3DS Version of MHGU with an english patch
- The MH4U CB restored mod is ONLY compatible with MHXX and NOT with MHGU
- The 4U CB Restored mod overwrites ONLY Adept style, so make sure to equip it before you attempt to try it out
- This is a Custom Quest, made by Lord Maurice (xoxo) for me to be able to fight Hellblade Glavenus in the Wyverns End map (Hellblade X stats)
- The weapon i am using is actually the "Chili Axe" Charge Blade, transmogged to look like the Nakarkos Charge Blade
- The controls for the 4U CB mod are different than the usual CB controls
- The MHGU Reworked mod attempts to balance MHGU more, but it's still in its infant state and can be shaped by volunteers and guinea pigs
