Anakins power with dookus lightsaber style would be unmatched

I’ve always loved the idea of Dooku not only surviving to die a natural death (rather than by betrayal), but also remain in the light. And having Anakin remain a powerful jedi at peace with himself is just perfect. Love this video! It’s now one of my favorite scenarios, written just like this!

If Count Dooku trained Anakin, he would reach his full potentional much more earlier, it would be the best choice for Anakin ♥

I think Dooku and Anakin would make the most greatest and most powerful duo in the history of the Jedi order

Marvelous approach, especially with the creation of an alternative Light Side order. The most realistic aspect is Mace Windu unbudging attitude.

I wonder what Count Doku was like when he was a Jedi

Alternate Universe of this idea: Anakin is still rejected from Jedi Training, and Padme’s family, at Padme’s request, adopts Anakin to raise him with a family that would care for him. Dooku, who had left the order, approaches Anakin and the Amidala family with an offer to train the Boy in the Ways of the Force. Not the rigid rules of the Jedi, but a Force User who protects the weak and innocent. Having left the Order, Dooku would also be free to retrieve Shmi Skywalker from Tatooine, even if it meant using Separatist Money to do so had Padme been unable to arrange her freedom beforehand. Growing up together would allow Padme to bond with Anakin over the course of years rather than a rushed bonding over the course of days, and they would be truly in love and Marry when Anakin was of age, as he was the younger of the two. Dooku and Padme would also be able to talk politics freely and come to understand each others view on the Republic and why the Confederation Separatists disagree with the current government. This would help better communicate between the two factions and hopefully find a better resolution than a 4 year war under Palpatine’s manipulations. When the Jedi discover Anakin trained by Dooku, they are understandably wary of him, but he wasn’t a Sith, just a force User. Though with influence from Sidious, Dooku and Anakin wouldn’t exactly be on the same side as the Jedi. The Jedi would have to change and adapt to prevent the purge from happening, either by Order 66 or another plan entirely. If not, then with their numbers reduced significantly, the force becomes more balanced, since Anakin isn’t a Jedi OR Sith unless Sidious convinces him the Jedi are out to kill Padme and his family or something. Thoughts? I know there’s a lot of unanswered questions and events, but it would certainly make for a better narrative than “Dooku stays with the Jedi”.

I liked this alternate what if...Dooku would of definitely been the best choice of teacher for Anakin after the death of Qui-Gon...I never believed Dooku was ever bad even when he became a sith (he never had sith eyes which tells me he was always in control) I think it was more of getting close to Sidious to eventually get rid of him but Dooku ended up falling into the trap by Sidious.

Dooku and Qui-Gon would have made excellent teachers for Anakin, grey jedi commited to the people, imagine if all 3 of them survived, working together.

A nice alternative timeline, but the Nightsisters would never join the Sith/Separatists. They are explained to never have been craving power and control outside their homeworld, even if they're dark side practitioners. Asajj might still join Sidious because she is force sensitive and could be corrupted to the dark side, but Talzin and the rest of the clan would be content with Dathomir alone.

I never cease to be amazed at how many different ways things could’ve happened. Like in most what if situations, things turn out far better for Anakin, which he deserved. After Qui-Gon, Dooku was likely the best teacher for Anakin, since Dooku and Qui-Gon viewed things in very similar ways. 1:15 to 1:32 They respected the ways of the Jedi, but were not afraid to disobey the Jedi ways when they were obviously wrong. 12:30 Especially at this point, I couldn’t agree more with Dooku’s choice. I’d join him in this case. 13:03 Perhaps he had the ability to rebuild the ancient Je-Daii order who balanced the light and dark.

What if Anakin was a jedi Sentinel?

A lovely theory. I've always thought that young Obi-Wan had a tendency to look down on others ('...we've picked up another pathetic life form') and he was a terrible teacher for Anakin. At least in the movies, he also never showed he cared about people the way Qui-Gonn did (and Dooku, in the animated series). Had Anakin been trained by Dooku, I have the feeling he would never turn into a Sith, and the Count himself would probably not leave the Order but would rather fight for his beliefs from the inside, the way Qui-Gonn did.

Dooku was the perfect master for Anakin. Dooku has massive knowledge of the force and is a master dualist. Anakin wouldn't have dare answer back or step out of line with dooku. They also wouldn't have been the power struggle like ani and obi because dooku was way more powerful and ani wouldn't have surpassed him as an apprentice.

Count Dooku was in high regard like Mace Windu and Yoda do you think he should have been Battlemaster maybe a what-if could fix that that is if you want to Fantasy folklore also what if pong krell never turned to the dark side could work imagine the Jedi knowing the future of what's happening but again it's your choice not mine

This is incredible, Mr. Fanasty Folkore! Anakin being trained by Dooku is a better alternative than Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon, and the fact that Shimi Skywalker gets life is very satisfying for me also; I'm confused about why Anakin didn't try to have a relationship with Padme, but hey, it your story and you can do whatever you want with it. This video reminds me of the High Republic novel series with Dooku creating his own Order that will allow attachments, older people and those from different parts of the galaxy despite their upbringing. This is the best alternative option for Dooku should have done instead of joining Sidious and Anakin, becoming the Master of the Order of this new Jedi Order, and I would love to see a sequel of this video. As much as Dooku treated Qui Gon as his own child as he was his apprentice, if he was in the order he would’ve likely taken the role to train Anakin for sure. He could’ve helped him over come his anger and emotions would’ve treated Anakin like a grandson.

Oh yeah, finally someone made a video of my personal favorite what-if scenario for Anakin's master. I can't help there was a bit of missed opportunity there. Nothing about what Obi-wan would be up to - would he have a healthy brother-like relationship with Anakin? What would Padme think and feel about this more cultured and intellectually minded Anakin, and his opinions on failures of Republic. And the return of Darth Maul, the killer of Qui-Gon would provide a perfect nemesis for Dooku, and would permit for old master's darker side to peek through at times.

All around me is turmoil and struggle. It is nice to drift off into Star Wars as it should have been. I am going to Marathon your videos right now. Thank you.

This is cool, but it would have been cooler if if was Dooku to kill palpatine, he spent all his life trying for one day facing the siths, it also would be a nice payback for the severed limb of this scenario and the order given to anakin to kill the count in the Canon storyline
