If masaki Kurosaki hadn't died. her and orihime would have a great daughter in law relationship and would make so much bread together.

She certainly would alleviate Ichigo's more rough edges and ultimately would happily accept Orihime. Yes, Masaki living sure is an interesting what if scenario. Ichigo would still be a hero of many groups and she'd happily encourage it.

It would have been interesting to see Ichigo and Uryu being raised as cousins, as well as them both being a lot more cheerful overall.

Sounds like Ichigo would've been a total beast if she lived. Embracing his Hollow side way earlier, leading to him learning to use abilities like Bala and Ceros in addition to a more developed Hollowfication, as well as Blut Arterie for even more insane offensive and speed, as well as Blue Vene to guard. All that on top of his already crazy powerful Soul Reaper abilities. He may have just been unstoppable lol. Just imagine that Byakuya fight if Ichigo was Hollowfied and using Blut Arterie at the same time when attacking. He'd dog walk Byakuya all over the execution grounds.

I think a good middle ground between masaki dying and ichigo's story remaining mostly the same would be for masaki to be heavily damaged or scarred, ending up disabled or losing most of her powers. That way the story still has his motive and supportive mother, while also not having it be completely without consequence.

I think Ichigos as a shinigami would have played out the same way. Karin and Yuzu could become more relevant and I highly doubt Masaki would raise her kids with Quincy morals

The sad part is that ichigo will never see her again that’s the problem Look at orime she has the potential of seeing her brother again his in the soul society somewhere But when it comes to ichigos mom she’s basically gone because she was eaten by a hollow and that’s a death sentence there is no after life for a Quincy of killed by a hollow which is sad and there is no reincarnation ether she’s just gone

Ichigo's mom Masaki Kurosaki's death is The most Trafic and Saddest stories in Bleach and I believe it too Ichigo might be stronger if Masaki wouldn't die, but Masaki Kurosaki is always with the Whole Kurosaki family Isshin, Ichigo, Yuzu and Karin as a ghost/spirit. 😊❤

Masaki's death is such a crucial event in the bleach story that it seems wrong to even change it cuz then we wouldn't have gotten ichigo's phenomenal character arc of self discovery and self appreciation+ it would also affect some of the themes of bleach, and maybe we wouldn't even get the fantastic everything but the rain arc and then all the stuff regarding tybw and vice versa but it certainly bring forward an interesting scenario to theorize about, i personally believe that by letting masaki live the empact of the very first of arc the substitute shinigami would lower significantly cuz then ichigo would be able to take out the hollow that was sent by aizen (i forgot his name) by ease since masaki would've taught him all about the Quincy battle art so the need for rukia to give up her powers would be rendered unnecessary plus if masaki would've survived I am pretty sure she would tell ichigo about his father and that he also have shinigami powers within him + the hollow powers as well, so ig ishin would've taught ichigo about shinigami battle art so now we have a ichigo who knows about his powers and even have become fairly skilled in using both of them, so now that we have this, imo and as far as I know the main shift in the story would accour here, the soul society would get wary of ichigo since he's killing hollows and shit in the human world without being a "professional" soul reaper so ig they would then send rukia to check up on ichigo and here where kisuke would enter the story and do all that bullshit and hide the hogyoku in her gigai and then the events of the story would accour the same as you theorized in the video with slight changes, but man it really is mind boggling to think that by letting masaki live just how much it would empact the ENTIRE story of bleach, Goated character fr

I doubt any of this would’ve happened since Ichigo was knocked unconscious by the Grand Fisher before Misaki tried to attack him. So he wouldn’t have seen anything thus his parents in this instance Misaki wouldn’t have had to explain anything.

I think one of the biggest changes would be how Rukia and Ichigo would meet, because he could probably take down hollows just like Uryu did (Beause unless Urahara starts giving him the pills that separate the soul and body, he wouldn't be using his Shinigami side that often). And even if they meet, it would probably be more like someone who would see sometimes like the afro shinigami, and that would probably end up with the fall of the characters we know like Byakuya, Renji, Rukia, etc. because of Aizen

I don't know if she didn't die then he wouldn't have the sense of having to protect people as strongly as he does. It's sad but in the grand scheme of the story it actually propels him further that's just my opinion.

Aizen was the one ruling the Seireitei by taking Central 46's place, so he could've simply framed Rukia for helping a renegade shinigami sided with the last quincies. Ichigo feeling in debt with her and Rukia needing a gigai from Urahara could be made by Rukia severely wounded by a hollow because Ichigo fucked it up somehow.

Finally some bleach what if's

I think the soul society ark would go very different if Mayuri saw that Ichigo was a hybrid, he's not the kind of guy to pass up unique test subjects especially if they are enemys

He would have known about his mixed heritage, been trained as a quincy and as a shinigami so he'd already have a massive power boost to start. He'd be able to use the surrounding reishi to augment his getsugas and maybe even fuel them purely off of passive reishi. He'd meet Rukia differently and Rukia would have no reason to break SS law which means the SS arc happens differently as Aizen wouldn't have done things the way he did, So something else would have to prompt Ichigo to go to SS and Aizen's betrayal would happen in a completely different way. Once there Ichigo casually cleans house, never has his hollowmask manifest to save him and gets to effectively force a heavy hitting bankai, something way beyond SS arc Byakuya's bankai. Hollow Ichigo never comes out to play which means he may or may not ever meet the Vizards. From there Ichigo basically cakewalks everything up to Ulqy and doesn't need any assistance doing it, from there he might get bodied in a similar way by 2nd release Ulqy, awaken his hollow side, win that battle and who knows what happens after he wins, does a captain come to reverse the process somehow? Does he automatically revert? After that he gets to Gin, dominates him and then ends up getting killed by one of Aizen's various forms since he doesn't have his dangai training. That's how the series would go. He'd be op but the series ends if Ichigo can't use mugetsu to make the hogykou reject Aizen. Then Aizen would try to become the Soul King, we'd see his bankai vs Ichibei and it would be spectacular. Then Aizen becomes the Soul King and fights Yhwach + the quincies in who knows what kind of battle. SK Hogkyu Aizen sounds broken lol and he wouldn't play around, Yhwach wouldn't get to activate The Almighty. P.S. Dangai training is more than just getting Mugetsu, it powered Ichigo up enough to effortlessly wreck Aizen physically and allowed him to tank a fragor/ultra fragor/hado99 with full enchant.

Unfortunately Ywhach would use Auschwalen nonetheless. Only Anthytesis can bypass the perfect death from that.

It would make more sense for Isshin to start Ichigo's training to awaken the Shinigami amd Hollow components of his spiritual power, since he Ichigo is at his strongest outside of his mortal body, anyways. Then, Masaki would have an easier time teaching Ichigo how to use the Quincy component of his power.

Well, presumably, she would have died anyways because of the fact she is a quincy that has a hollow in her... as soon as ichigo awakened his powers in the SS arc, she would've pretty much die nearly instantly, likely in a fairly terrible way thanks to soul sucide (everything but the rain for reference) That or thanks to one of many aushvlens ywach kept doing throughout the blood war (one of which actually caused her death in the real timeline with some help form the grand fisher ) Either way, she wouldn't get to see ichigo growing up and having kids, and at most, she would get to see go save Rukia from the law . There are a few issues with this. 1. The first time Ichigo Kurosaki used Blut Vene was when he was... 17 and only because he was fighting the Wandenreich, if Masaki had been a GOOD mother then Ichigo would have been using Blut Vene this entire time. She died when he was 9 years old. That's 9 years she spent not training her children to use even Blut Vene adn Hirenkyaku. Blut Vene and Hirenkyaku. Blut Vene being the quincy defensive technique. Maybe useful for the scrapes little children tend to get themselve into. 2. Zangetsu also had a nasty tendency to possess Ichigo and has no qualms about killing. Ichigo is going to be fearful of him ANYWAY. A spirit living inside of you that wants to possess you, even if it is your zanpakuto is going to cause you to reject it. 3. Ichigo might still just think of his dad as a normal, if spiritually aware human. I mean he didn't learn his dad was a shinigami until FKT. It is quite likely that him, seeing his dad not use any quincy techniques, will just think goat-face is a normal, if spiritually aware human. 4. Ichigo might not even awaken his shinigami powers. Masaki being alive means she might just kill the hollow whose attack necessitated Rukia transferring her powers to Ichigo. Infact, the main thing I see Ichigo doing is learning to use his Zanpakuto while in human form if Masaki lives

I think Aizen would easily become the next Captain Commander by present day allowing Yamma to retire. I can't even imagine the Quincy War happening. With Aizen and Urahara around I think they discover them hiding in the pocket dimension and make arrangements. Maybe even stop it altogether...

Remember the hollow that bites her has a Shinigami core. So maybe it's some sort of corrupted soul that can't go to SS or Hue o Mundo. The only one close to her is Ichigo, that has Shinigami, hollow and Quincy reiatsu, but in different proportions of course. It would be incredible if Ichigo finds her in hell to give him closure.
