Focused on my health...gained my muscles back....got proposal from 2 girls but didn't accepted..My Ex also tried to cameback but rejected her too(I mean why not..that cheater) 😌.. learning skills related to my career and from yesterday started the FKIN CITRULLINE MALATE for nice blood rush and insane veins and vascularity .... 💪

Absolutely right. Unfortunately I have been in this situation and at first I doubted myself worth. But then I realised it was her personal issue that stopped our relationship. She has a lot of trauma. I am not mad at her or anything. I pray she heals and become a better person for herself. 🙂🙏💞

@@randommf3549 a few weeks after this, i reached out and got my response. i haven’t looked back since. i met someone who is such a great fit for me :) i learned the hard way that life doesn’t always go according to my plan and actually ended up so much better this way!

Thank you! That's the one thing I don't like about these videos. I don't think he takes into account the scenario when someone is being taken advantage of (such as: someone not spending enough time with them, someone doing all the talking, someone making them feel like their only worth in the relationship is their body, when someone's gotten complacent with the relationship, etc) and has to initiate the brake up because their self-worth is at stake. When people brake up under those circumstance, there's a good chance they're still at war with themselves about whether they truly want the brake up and having to keep reminding themselves that staying with their ex will only continue to give that person the right to continue to mistreat them. When you do "no contact" under this scenario, you make it easier for your unappreciated ex to get over you because you've basically just handed them the tangible evidence they need to say: "hey, if they really valued you, they would be here trying to fix the situation with you." These are not the kind of people to play games with. These are people that want to wear their heart on the sleeve and to see yours as well. They want security. And mind games like "no contact" are going to drive them away. The only reason you should use "no contact" is because you're actually trying to move on and seeing them just resets your healing clock. Yes, more often then not, the ex comes back. I've done it three times and the ex came back every time. And I meant to stay in "no contact", but gave in to my own naivety. I've tried being honest, I've tried being independent, I've tried giving them their freedom, but your ex will always return to the state they were in when you dumped them or they dumped you. Move on, or expect to play mind games for the duration of the relationship. I tried the latter and ended up with depression and anxiety.

I did everything to save our relationship before i dumb him. Everything in 2 years! His behaviour forced me to break up with him and now he is the victim because i left him??? Perhaps now he will understand what he lost.The night before it was the several night i couldnt sleep because his phone was closed again. But I put all my focus back on me, got a new job, moved to a new city, Got a new place, been working out and now I can say I’ve moved on. I don’t think of him much anymore. Been going on dates here and there and now I look back at the break up and I think it was for the next. I hope you’re on a better place too.

@@taylormade4393 Be patient. 3 weeks is very little time, although I understand each day seems like hell right now. You have to give it time for him to miss you. Time is your friend. Walk or workout. Give yourself 15 minutes a day as Coach Lee says to dwell, and then keep busy the rest of the time. Trust me, I have days where I have broken down like a little baby in the middle of the grocery store. So I feel your pain, okay? You are NOT alone. If you were married, he is thinking about you. He just needs time to really start to miss you. He can't do that if you contact him. 45-60 days is a usual time. There are only two options, okay? He will contact you within 60 days, which is very likely, or you will know the other answer. It may be longer, but trust me, there is a very good chance he will contact you. Just be happy, confident, and don't be needy when he does. You want to attract him- and if you seem like you are happy-go-lucky, he will start wondering what he is missing. Stay strong, okay? You are not alone. I still struggle each day. Pray, and you can make it. Be the best you that you can. Find out who you really are as an individual. Try to let go of the constant thought. It will happen. Time is your friend. Remember, you are not alone. :)

Odd&Entertaining Awe, thank you so much for caring enough to reply. I know this may sound so dumb but I don’t know who broke up with who. We had been arguing a lot lately and under tremendous amount of stress. He had changed a lot and distanced himself a lot in the last month. I’m the one that started throwing my clothes on the bed to leave the relationship so he told me if I left I would not be coming back. It was a horrible argument where we said terrible things to one another. I was determined to leave because I felt desperate at the moment. He then got dressed and headed out first but before he left he told me he wanted a divorce. I’m sure he left the house to cool off but I left and never came back. He never reached out to me. I haven’t reached out either. I’m so afraid of reaching out and getting Rejected. The thing is he is supposed to leave on deployment in January so if he doesn’t contact me before then it’s really over. I’m so devastated. Everyday is hell. Im so depressed that I have trouble even getting out of the house.

What you really need is some honest communication. Give him some time to cool off, and to miss you. If it was a mutual breakup, then that is different than the normal NC they talk about here. Still, I would give him some space, and really decide what you want. I understand each day is hard. I really do. Get out and walk. Depression is normal, you are not alone. I wasn't treated well, my ex has a lot of mental problems, and I was still depressed beyond anything. So what you are feeling is very normal. Just try to pick yourself up and understand the sun will come up tomorrow. Breath. Sometimes it might be one minute at a time, but eventually, time will help you. It will be each hour. Then each day. You can make it. You are only human, and we feel more than we think. It is very normal. Now is the time to reach out to family and friends. Don't overwhelm them, but let them know you need support. There is nothing wrong with that, and the people who love you will support you. Remember, I'm in pain just like you! So you are not alone. If I could give you a hug over the internet, I would! You WILL make it through. You have time. Take a deep breath. Relax. Deployment or not, you have time. Okay? That really doesn't mean it's over. Be sure to take care of yourself. This is what my ex does !!!! She was the dumper and asked to not have contact with each other and asked also for space. The breakup was ended in good terms and the relationship was healthy. She is just not ready or confused with herself or I don’t know what is going on her mind but the point is, that yeah she’s doing no contact as well to me to get over the breakup and so on. This is why Lee always tells you to never tell mutual friends of you both anything about the other because they always 99.99% of the time go back and tell them and it keeps them in relief and you banging your head off a wall !! I am hurting like I've never before and I am an older man but I look younger than I am and act younger and keep fit in gym "moreso since we have broke up. I am finding myself changing all of my bad habits and becoming my greatest asset and version ever and I know for a fact when she sees me and hears the way I speak and act that she will either want to jump my bones and start again ? Coach Lee actually I don’t want to have him back. I just want to heal my heart, even wanting to talk to him, to have him near me. But I know that this will hurt both of us, it’s just my ego that wants him in contact. I just have to let things calm down. His is Muslim, I’m a “crazy” Brazilian. This will never work. Just time will heal my pain.

If they broke up with you, the odds are low that they are using no contact unless they are socially out of touch. If your ex wants you back, he will know the ball is in his court since he broke up with you.
