I couldn't find a good version of God Save the Tsar, So I Just used the Internationale as the last ditch choice.

To be fair, the melody of the Soviet Anthem is used by modern Russia, it's really the lyrics you have to change.

I don't think that White Army could defeat Poland in 1920. Red Army, stronger and more united than Whites failed. I think that Western Borders would reseamble those in reality. And I think that monarchy wouldn't be reestablished (russian people hated this institution). It would be rather like today's Russia, authoritarian republic. To maintain power, Kolchak would make concessions with left essers to create untotalitarian and nationalistic version of Soviet Union. 2nd World War and Cold War would be the same but with more equal economy and lesser losses in WW2 (becouse of more competent generals).
