Id like to hear clarification on the age of consent. Is there anything to protect 16 year olds against much older persons? Is 16 still the age when the relationship is abusive hence an excertion of power? Also, sexual intercourse whem the person knowing has HSV and infects the other individual? An officer told me itd constitute as SA causing for bodily harm, while another denied this. And lasly sexual media of a 16 year old. Child pornography?

Interesting topic again Mike. I still want to know, how is a full cavity search, by an unwilling new inmate...not SA? Has anybody claimed it was grape? At what point in Canadian history did the courts get right to do sphincter search? When sodomy was still illegal, did the court system do these kinda of searches?

@@RandomVids519 yeah you're probably right, I just don't get how legalized sodomy can be allowed. What if you were underage or a virgin? Does the government still allow for cavity searches? As far as I'm concerned we should have the right to refuse a full cavity search. A lot of these laws were written years before we were even born. We should be able to opt out .

That's just you getting rejected, which is okay if you just accept it like a normal person

Unfortunately, it could very easily be spun around on you, especially if you're a guy. It doesn't matter if it's not intended to be that way anymore, most cases are prosecuted with the victim's perspective in mind so if they feel harassed, they can bring up charges, and so long as they're not outrightly frivolous, there's not a whole lot you can do to defend yourself. In every case -ESPECIALLY in workplaces - always get a lawyer and do not partake to workplace investigations.
