Aiming straight will cause you to blind/flash people when you hit a bump in the road, or get any weight in the car, (something in the trunk would cause blinding all the time like the led subaru's do currently). The actual way to aim headlights is 2.1 inches of drop per 25 feet from your original height.

And, they did not aim the headlights "straight". Watch the video again and pay attention. Also, what are people putting in the trunk of their Subaru with LEDs that cause them to blind people all of the time? Show us forum threads dedicated to that issue.
BiLeds are the way to go now. Have a local headlamp retrofitter here in Malaysia which they use a BiLed called EDISON R1 and EDISON R2. Those are super bright and wide. Have 3 led chips for a super wide hotspot.
You're right, but where the BiLed can be purchased?. I would like to retrofit myself. I have retrofit my own car but I just can't find Edison sold on line.

What do I have to do to convert the headlights on my 2013 Mercedes S350 W221 for EU traffic? I bought the car in Japan and need to adapt the headlights to EU standards. Is it enough to just replace the reflectors? thanks
Hi. Is there anyway we check watts of the LED chip in these projectors? I recently found out that some sellers are buying just the projector housing without original LED chip and installing cheap LED and selling as original. Is it true or actually possible?
Yup, they’re in my own headlights right now acting as secondary lows and highs 👍 I still need to do some adjusting and hook up a switch to turn them on and off independent from the bigger primary projectors.

First, super bright bulbs in a RHD projector = Bad. Second, we’ll do a side by side comparison eventually, but that 27 year old halogen reflector is not designed for HID, and would no doubt cook off the reflective surface in no time. I want to find a high quality H3 LED bulb for Ricky to see how they compare.
