What is a Chatbot? 

This is the first video I have ever seen on the topic of Chat Bots!!! It was unbelievably simple to understand even though I'm from a different technical background.Excellent teaching style!!!

Take this and link it up with accessibility solutions and it really opens up the potential to help many with disabilities that prevent GUI usage.

I am sorry but this is exactly the type of explanation that I find indirect and tedious. I want a discussion on any subject to start with a high-level view that sets the context - what was the object of the product design, generalized capabilities, etc. before getting into specific examples. I find the “training” delivered here beneficial for specific use cases but not so good for anyone who has the intention to master the subject. After an overview of the subject is presented, then a few examples are fine. Then this can be followed up by further refinement of the design objects if appropriate. Is the purpose of a Chatbot to emulate human conversationist skills and possibly take the outcome from a specific conversation for a further related action? That was what I inferred at the higher level. Sounds like an expansion of “Expert Systems” functionality from some time ago by adding a language processor and an actor to initiate further actions. Clearly, this is my knee jerk reaction. I am going to check out the “Learn more links”.

I don't get it. How do one build a chatbot without programming? At least the backend will require some program running to interpret the message and send/receive requests.
