Good choice of computer. I love it. So easy to use. I use a foot switch to clear the interval. I makes my job in the car easier.

TheSaltyNomad Probly a sender. Obd2 is normally more involved & more expensive. This is designed for the 80's really.

Many, I haven't done TSD in ages, but if they still run equipped vs unequipped class? This would probably put you in the equipped class. Something to ask your local association.

you would think it would simply allow auto-calibrate by using the gps to drive the measured mile

user.42917 This unit seems to be explained as a basic type. Likely a wheel sensor (or sensors) or possibly a VSS sender depending on model year. GPS would likely have a few more bells & whistles.

The Monit G series of rally computers can use GPS, VSS/wheel speed or both together. This particular model (G-200) is top the range.
