You have missed compulsory Rera Clauses. Now, in a video, I viewed that if bldg construction is delayed and new buyer claim refund of advance given to the Builder with interest, the Society is also bound for such liability. So I feel, Soc must incorporate clauses to protect it's members.

Sir, our building is illegal and the builder is ready to redevelopment but he is taking physical measurement of flat area and not ready to give carpet area as per mention in agreement and agreement shows higher area than physical measure so please suggest what should be needed to do?

सोसायटी रिडेवलपमेंट के लिए जाना चाहती है, जिस बिल्डर ने बिल्डिंग डेवलप की थी उसने सोसायटी को कन्वेयंस करके दे दिया था। अब क्या ७/१२ मे भी सोसायटी का नाम चढ़ाना होगा उसके बाद ही किसी बिल्डर से रिडेवलपमेंट के लिए बात हो सकती है ....?

Total land registered for the project is 5000 sqm,, Building & compound is built in 3000 sqm... 2000 sqm is empty land outside the compound ... (Proposed but not sanctioned) How much land should builder / promotor transfer to society??? 5000 sqm or 2000 sqm ??

Sir हमारा रे डेव्हलपमेंट कम्प्लीट हो चुका है हमे रेरा के हिसाब से 560 एरिया लिखा है एग्रीमेंट में लेकिन फिजिकली 522 एरिया मिला है और डेव्हलपर बोल रहा है की बराबर है एग्रीमेंट में रेरा के हिसाब से 560 एरिया लिखा है तो फिजिकली कितना मिलना चाहिए

Namaste sir. मेरा यह प्रश्ण है की पुराणे मेंबर of सोसायटी redevelopment time नया फ्लॅट थोडा बढकर sqf ज्यादा lena है तो, कार्पेट एरिया प्लस sitout milkar थोडा ज्यादा sqf. होता है तो जो ज्यादा sqf. को लोडिंग charges पकड कर देना पडेगा क्या पुराणे oner ko जो रेट फिक्स किया वहि देना पडेगा. Hii.. i have query regarding my dispute property, which now going to redevelopment.. i m staying with my father since my childhood (35 years). All are siblings living separately. Due to sudden death of my father, we all agree to take benefits with same ratio, but siblings are also demanding for rent n corps funds benefits, but i said tht i m staying there n it's belongs to me, but they are not agreeing for this, then what is the procedure to take all the benefits for myself n how can I make property trf paper to get all above mentioned benefits like rent n corps funds of redevelopment of my flat.. Agar nomination hai aur bank me reverse mortgaged hai. Jab woh ghar paise deke chudaliya aur will bhi hai papa ka. Maa ke naam pe transfer karne ko society ko kya documents chahiye. Bank se sirf noc na. Ya successsion certificate chahiye
