Hey, I can pretty comfortably run 3km in barefoot shoes. But afterwards I often feel pain in my shins. That pain lasts for approximately a week. Do you have a recommendation how I can get more resistant shins so I can run more frequently? Would a reasonable program be just to run 1km every day for a week and take the distance up half a kilometer every week, or is there a better way? Should I give my shins a few weeks rest to fully recover and try again then?
