Thank you for making these videos! Your “Fix Foot Pain for Good” short has helped me tremendously. I work 40 hours a week on my feet and I had to take a break running because of my foot pain at work. Now I have been able to run 10 miles weekly again!

What brand wool toe socks do y'all recommend.. injinji is the only brand I've been able to find that are mostly wool.. most seem to have more synthetic than wool.. tried some cotton ones.. not so good

I found your channel and your videos look amazing. Im struggling really hard right now. Is there any good tips for retrocalcaneal Bursitis? Had it for a lot of months already (been doing idiotic things the first months). Will it stay forever now and do I have to bursectomy to regain Range of Motion?

Because I cant walk barefoot anymore. I always wear something and It doesnt seem to get better. The Bursa inflammation stole my ROM.

@@thebarefootsprinter Thank you a lot I will try your program. Also one thing I noticed my big toe when I curl it up even a bit of pressure causes it to shake extremely. Could this be nerve problems or just weakness from underuse? Because they told me my posterior tibial is also kinda weird and on my right side I dont have it. Im also hypermobile and "flat feet". But more like I have an arch but Its pretty much badly developed cuz of shoes

Hey, ive been following your videos for a little over a month and they helped me out with running form and speed, recently ive gotten some shin splints though and even though ive been working on strengthening the tibs and stuff but they arent going away. Should I stop running for a bit or continue?

Tibs can help but they don't contribute to running that much. It's more likely an issue of big toe/medial arch weakness and adductor groin weakness. I'd back off the running for a bit while working through this free program: unbreakableacademy.org/af
