You can't use an oil instead of a moisturizer because oils usually act as emollients or occlusives which both basically form a lipide layer to prevent water from evaporating out of your skin. However, you need there to be water so that you can prevent it from evaporating, which can only be drawn to your skin by humectants. Moisturizers do contain both emollients and humactants but oils only are emollients, so you should apply a moisturizer first and layer the oil on top of it. This is of course only for dry skin, usually with normal to oily skin you don't need the extra help of an emollient to make sure the skin doesn't get dry.

If your Rosehip oil is formulated in an emulsion, like a moisturiser, that would work.

It's probably nowhere near as concentrated in fruits. You don't need to spend that much money on those wipes shown in the video though. There are other products that are much cheaper. You can get it from The Ordinary for half the price, yet it will probably last you twice as long.

The sting and redness are actually quite normal for a lot of people even more so those new to chemical exfoliants. Am not sure what percentage your product is or if it's a leave on or rinse off product or the brand's instructions on use which are things you need to consider as a skincare enthusiast. You will figure it out and get to love chemical exfoliants because they changed my skin life to be honest. You may want to start with a cleanser or toner at low percentages like 2%, build up percentages and products to like masks and toners then try leave on products like serums and eventually you will graduate to the good stuff, chemical peels. Thats totally normal, I advice you to use Vit A daily and AHA weekly, at the first few weeks your skin will breakout but then all the acne will dry up and you will notice that the texture of your skin is getting better..apply a moist before Vit A and in morning apply sunblock...vit A products are such differin cream

@@MazvitaRaphael i don’t really have Acne I just breakout with spots on top of my skin and sometimes pimpleson my forehead aswell as small bumps on my forehead and on my chin. Recently tried a new cleanser and it made me breakout around my nose and under my eyes/upper cheek and under my nose/above my lips. I don’t get any sort of acne or spots on my jaw and most of my cheeks which I don’t know why? I’m 14 so could it just be hormonal or because of lack of sleep and junk food I eat? I never see tips on breakouts and blemishes just severe acne

It's really not advisable to use Retinoids with glycolic acid or any chemical exfoliant for that matter without adequate experience or guidance and supervision of a skin specialist. Please be very careful if you choose to do this at home on your own, use lower percentages and not on same day and less frequently too. Watch your skin's response very closely, wear sunscreen religiously and remember to put moisture back into your skin with e.g Hyaluronic Acid which is not an exfoliant regardless of the name.
