Yeah, Mike, are you ever hear me you fucking retard? I don’t know. Maybe somebody tried to rob me. What do you have any protection? You’re a lying motherfucker you’re a lying motherfucker you’re a fucking drunk. No good piece of trash. Yeah, you piece of fucking
The problem is that the more you militarize police equipment the more they feel like they have to use it. Police are meant to be peace officers not Seal Team 6.
Florida 2A Already infringed, Florida 1A Already infringed. We must all work together and educate others on what our Rights are and How we have Alreasy lost them
How have you lost them ? You claimed to be a 14th amendment I.S. citizen ! Supreme Court: Jones v. Temmer, 89 F. Supp 1226: "The privileges and immunities clause of the 14th Amendment protects very few rights because it neither incorporates the Bill of Rights, nor protects all rights of individual citizens. Instead this provision protects only those rights peculiar to being a citizen of the federal government; it does not protect those rights which relate to state citizenship." "...the first eight amendments have uniformly been held not to be protected from state action by the privilege and immunities clause [of the 14th Amendment]." Hague v. CIO, 307 US 496, 520 "The right to trial by jury in civil cases, guaranteed by the 7th Amendment…and the right to bear arms guaranteed by the 2nd Amendment…have been distinctly held not to be privileges and immunities of citizens of the United States guaranteed by the 14th Amendment…and in effect the same decision was made in respect of the guarantee against prosecution, except by indictment of a grand jury, contained in the 5th Amendment…and in respect of the right to be confronted with witnesses, contained in the 6th Amendment…it was held that the indictment, made indispensable by the 5th Amendment, and trial by jury guaranteed by the 6th Amendment, were not privileges and immunities of citizens of the United States, as those words were used in the 14th Amendment. We conclude, therefore, that the exemption from compulsory self-incrimination is not a privilege or immunity of National citizenship guaranteed by this clause of the 14th Amendment." Twining v. New Jersey, 211 US 78, 98-99 “A “US citizen” upon leaving the District of Columbia becomes involved in “interstate commerce,” as a “resident” does not have the common-law right to travel, of a Citizen of one of the several states.” Hendrick v. Maryland S.C. Reporter’s Rd. 610-625.
@Jez-Hero24, not a chance!! They would all gather around the donut boxes and chat waiting for their overtime to kick in!! Their fear is still going to control their actions! Well, LACK of actions that is!! 🤔
@@chuck8094I've done that, and I personally DON'T like it, fkn miserable. But I DO like the idea of cops wearing it. Have fun chasing someone down with 40 pounds of unneeded crap flopping around. That shit's for a combat zone, not a crossing zone.
Just remember how this got a foot hold. You got locked down on a MANDATE. It was easy and most people complied. So that was easy, now they're going to push it even further.
True, but that certainly doesn’t mark the beginning. It’s been going on for a LONNNNG time. People just finally saw it unfiltered. Most don’t see or care, until it involves them personally.
I didn't even have anything close to this kind of armor 20 yrs in the Marine Corps and 15yrs as a private contractor even when I was disarming explosives. MOST DEFINITELY A POLICE STATE
Government always protects itself, not the People. Even the one's fighting for our rights, have to come home and continue the fight against Tyranny. That's sad. Thank you ALL for the sacrifices you've made. ✊🇺🇸
@aaronspikes6497 you can say that again! I didn't get my chocolate chips until a month before we went back home, and never did see any desert boots. Wore jungle boots, plugged the holes with epoxy. Go back to the rear though, seems all the REMFs had full gear.
We pay for the things they don't want us to have. They have access to automatic weapons, pretty much at will. Do we as citizens have that ability? We are already in a Police State
If the police don't have to worry about an individuals safety. (supreme court ruling ) THEN WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT A POLICE OFFICERS SAFETY OR PAY FOR IT.
We already pay for their cars, their place of work, internet, online storage,, office furniture n supplies. We pay for their Gym in some police offices, their riot shield, baton, pepper spray, ammunition, guns, armour vehicles, police union, and their attorneys.
They perceive a need where reality says it's probably not necessary. Personally, I think $690K would be better spent on tailored, practical training and improving dept PR. What good is it if the community doesn't trust you and you got a hiring/retention problem.
They've been militarizing the police for years. It was only a matter of time before they began using it. Don't overlook the surplus military vehicles that various jurisdictions are purchasing as well! We WILL see more militarized LEO's and vehicles! It's already happening!
They've been militarizing them since the late 80s and it's been in almost every state...but it's always funny listening to state run media justifying it like they do in countries like North Korea, China and Vietnam 😂😂
I have body armor as well . I have one that is thin that is hard to notice I have it on . All this so I can drive without some crazy or a insane cop pointing a taser or gun at me . Its like police declared war on us . People need to be safe .
How many of these are being bought by Miami PD, and which dual citizen convinced the chief to spend all this money on foreign equipment? They already make flexible armor that is rifle rated, and its produced right here in America. All Miami did was cover 70% of the average sized officer with pistol rated protection... I've seen some of the big boys they employ down there, no way that vest will fit half of them.
God what the you fill in the blank. What about we the people? I mean no accountability for TYRANT POLICE PROECUTORS JUDGES what can we the people put on to keep us SAFE?
Wow, just imagine if the Mustang Task Force had that equipment. They might have gotten themselves in deeper trouble. Just sayin... this concerns me. AND, I see it as weaponized tax dollars. Not cool with it at all.
I been saying this is getting outta hand, an agency that is sworn to protect and serve don't need to be walking around like there on deployment in Iraq. It jus compounds the problem pple have with the police already. And say what they want them being geared up in tactical gear jus them an even bigger chip on the shoulder. Never had a happy experience with any cop that had on a tactical vest. They look stupid and makes the place look like we live in a war zone. And what's it needed for, a dangerous day of harassing pple and motorist for the stupidest of infactions
Oh the police state situation passed the breaking point when civil asset forfeiture funds started being used to buy tanks and other used military equipment for PDs. There’s an old Monk episode where the FBI rolls in with a super fancy armored van. It was supposed to be futuristic and impressive and now every podunk town has a fleet just like it.
Shouldn’t we be protecting the public and isn’t that main focus? The military doesn’t even have that kind of protection! I think this officer safety is over played by the thin blue line gang and the court system…
The ONLY reason they are Militarizing the Police the Florida is because open carry is NOT legal, unless your hunting or fishing. So they are enforcing the Police to gear up in FULL tactical on a non open carry State?! Oxymoron’ish I think
Guess they can set the puppy dogs free now. No reason not to go in themselves. I saw vulnerable area’s size of a catchers mitt. Someone is get’n a kickback, betcha!
