I'm seeing all these comments about how "you never talked about how to achieve it blah blah blah." As someone struggling to find it, this really made me smile and actually feel more positive towards myself and the world. All you need to do is let go and stop thinking of everything that makes you unhappy, really, at least that's what I took away from this. Great video!
Eating nourishing food is a surprisingly unacknowledged way to be happy. As a vegetarian, I was eating little protein, which is a risk factor for depression, plus I wasn't getting my B vitamins or zinc (mainly in meat and fish) or my essential fats (only in animal foods), which are essential for a buoyant and calm mood and basic energy. So, I had to drink coffee for energy and a mood lift. As a result, I spent many years "wired but tired", and, in a word, "unhappy". All I had to do was to eat meat and meat fat again, which stopped my cravings for caffeine, sugar and chocolate, and made me energetic, calm, and "happy"!

I understand this conceptually, but I don't buy it. Most of life is a chore no matter who you are. Happiness is something the comes around when it wants to. It's the carrot on the stick that keeps us from just giving up on life all together. Our way of life clearly has something to do with how much of it we have or there wouldn't be rankings by country.

So... in the video, you made an example of the US, and you told that Americans are successful, so they should be happy; but after that you said it's wrong because success comes from happiness?! So again! Americans should be happier, because not all happy people work hard, hence, there should be even happy people to generate that much success. Am I wrong?
It is not that easy to be happy, otherwise everyone can do it. It is not something that you can control or command. true helped a lot 1 way to be happpy is too remember people you have a house mom and dad you learn you see you hear most of the time we are sad and the real reason is actually because school school yes school it's making us feel bad about yourself because of tests and hard work and very hard work when you have a test and pass it we feel so bad and we don't like ourselves anymore because we worked and then failed studies fail that is the number one reason why people hate themselves and not be happy and have anxiety and being nervous for the next test another reason is beauty a lot of people have been getting bullied about how their face looks a lot of people broke up a lot of people have had a bunch of stuff that was bad that's happened it to them but we never think of the people who have never had a real life if you broke up he never thought of the people who have never been loved even with their family if you fail the test you never thought of the people have always faced failing their whole life and not going to school in school you always go to school and you you hate it's because they don't want to go anymore but think about the people who can't go to school cuz they're not rich enough think about stuff you want to think about stuff that other people are forced to never have let's say I had a horrible Christmas think about the people who have always had a horrible Christmas because of their life and how they live we need to think of other people we never thought of the people who have no hands will have no legs who came here who can speak who have something educational happening in their brain that's all we need to think about for one minute that's all just think of the people who need help think about the people who have no houses think about the people who can't hear or see or talk or walk or touch or feel think about the people who have just been like this her whole life since they were ever born and died this way can you think of this where we are crying and being sad about some very very very silly stuff but in the real world life is different sorry for this being so long but I have another party cuz I can't express enough

+Amal Ouardi u should be happy about ur self life is short although you might not think that because when you hear the word one year or when somebody tells you you're going to have to wait one more year you're just like all that's a long time but think about when you were younger like when you were 6 think about an event that happens don't you just feel like it happened yesterday 99% people think that time passes super duper fast and that's me sometimes which means only 1% of the people think that time passes really slow but you should be happy about yourself but because think about the people who don't have houses or who have a little bit more difficulties 60% of the people have problems or are sad because of work or school but he didn't go to either work or school you'll be happy 98% of the time but you can always stay happy and be yourself and love yourself cuz everybody else has been taken so you can love yourself and by the way your English isn't bad it's actually very good and say confidence a happy positive thank you
