Humanitarian parole is one of the best ways to enter the U.S. if you have a compelling emergency or medical reason but are inadmissible. Many Afghans are using humanitarian parole and it is available to those from any country across the globe. It requires an application using Form I-131.

Where were you 3 weeks ago when I was looking for your video all over the Internet? Now I learned from your video that I made a big mistake by not sending bank statement, As I write this comment my family in Afghanistan hiding in a basement from the taliban because of their affiliation with the US Army. Your video proves that humanity still exist, Thank you for your time and valuable information.

Hello Erick, Thank you for the explanation. I read the below : " SQ/SI Parolees: The federal government has indicated that persons arriving as SQ/SI parolees will be treated the same as SIVs, meaning they will be eligible for both R&P services and ORR-funded services and benefits; they will not be subject to restrictions on access to public benefits that apply to many other immigrants." My first Question is : SQ/SI Parolees also requires sponsor ? and the application is different or the same ? My second question: I am SIV applicant and my Case is under review with COM since 2017. However, I left Afghanistan recently and currently I am in third country . should I apply for the Parolees to enter the USA or should wait for SIV approval here ?

I have two questions. First, if you are filing Form I-131 on someone's behalf who is outside of the US, do you put your signature in the Applicant's Signature space? Second, for the Form I-134, USCIS stated that you must file a form per in individual. You have to list spouse and dependents. Even after listing the spouse and dependents, does a Form I-134 need to be completed individually for them as well?

first of all I want thank u for the information that u give it to us we did submit it the humatrin parole visa about one month ago I think today we complete it one month my cousin sponsored me there even they took lawyer too and the lowyer did sumbitt the only emill that we received was usa state department said that our case been reacievd and my sponsor is following up the updates with lawyer the question is how long is take usually to get the ansert of accepting or rejecting the case ? tnx

You can apply yourself and be a self sponsor for yourself if you can prove that you are financially able to support yourself while living in the U.S.

You submit the Form I-912 fee waiver with Form I-131 (Application for Humanitarian Parole) and don't forget Form I-134 (Affidavit of Support)
