Aapke RU-vid channel aapke artist name jaisa exactly same hona chahiye. Aapko khud change karna hoga manually, distributor aapke RU-vid channel ka name nahi change karega.

The first half of the comment is correct. Song ka agar already topic channel bana hua hai, to jis distributor k through bana hai unhi k through aapko usko apne channel se merge karvana hoga. Also, aapne jo routenote pe song daala hai, agar vo review / moderation process mein chala gaya hai, to bus wait karna hoga aapko jab tak vo approve nahi ho jaata

Aap kabhi bhi RU-vid channel pe upload kar sakte ho, usse music release process mein koi farak nahi padega. Agar nahi bhi karoge aap RU-vid pe upload manually, to bhi chalega

Use your legal name while giving yourself credits as a composer in all your songs, and register with that legal name in IPRS. Also, you can add multiple aliases in IPRS (stage name in our layman language), so it won't be an issue

Hey bro! Being an Indian artist, I make english songs directed towards an international audience. For this reason I am actually signed to BMI (Broadcast Music Inc) as my PRO. I already have an IPI number assigned to my legal name. But I recently created a new alias which is aimed towards a Hindi Speaking audience. My question is can I register the new songs under my new Hindi alias to IPRS as my PRO even though my legal name is already assigned to an IPI number through BMI. Also, is there a difference being signed to an international PRO like BMI instead of IPRS in terms of royalties and taxations? ( I'm aware of the double taxation & the W8BEN form from IRS (US) )

If you want you can register in IPRS as well, but you'll need an NOC from BMI to do so, because your legal name and other details will be the same. There's no difference in both the organisations, but if your music is playing in India majorly, my take is that you should register in IPRS. Few videos on IPRS are on the way, the QnA video will give you a clear answer of your queries. Stay tuned 🥂

IMRO is Irish, plus beatstars take care only of your beats, and they charge a lot as well, you need to decide who you wanna go with, that's your call. You'll get a clearer picture with our upcoming videos

@@sehzadamonis Agar vo cover content pe copyright claim aayega, to mechanical and baaki saare rights ki royalties original creators ko milega by default, agar unhone properly saari registrations kari hai. Agar aap cover artist ho, aapko mechanical rights lene honge from ht epublisher, aur agar aap youtube copyright claim pe discpute kar k legal mechanical license providde karoge RU-vid ko, to vo bhi aapka claim hata denge. To fir aap us song ko register kar sakte ho based on that aap k paas mechanical license hai. ISAMRA exactly kis type ki royalties collect karta hai, vo aapko unki websitempe clearly mil jayengi, ya fir aap unko contact kar k bhi ye details le sakte ho.

Aap shayad video theek se samjhe nahi, RU-vid pe automatically song chale jaata hai lekin vo aapke channel pe nahi jayega vo ek RU-vid topic channel pe jayega. Us particular video mein maine kaha tha ki RU-vid OAC ki details k liye pehle dusri video dekho, shayad aapne vo bhi nahi dekhi. Topic channel jab create hoga, us basis pe aap apna yt channel OAC mein convert kar do, fir aapke future releases automatically map jo jayenge aapke channel se. Lekin tab bhi aapko apni music videos apne channel youtube studio se hi daalni hogi, vo routenote aapke behalf pe nahi daal sakta
