Tracey, this is fascinating because I've always had lucid dreams. Because my dreams were so vivid, I started keeping a dream diary years ago. My dreams have helped me through trauma in my waking life. So, I'm convinced that dreams can aid those with PTSD.

A lot of people don't realize how material "lucid dreaming" can be. I even wrote a book about it, with Dick Gregory. He chose to write it with me because, though I don't [remember my] dream(s), every night, all of them are lucid. Also, Greg believed ours would be the last book he would write prior to his dying....He was right. Dick Gregory, experienced lucid dreaming so vividly, while in jail with Dr. Martin Luther King (while in the bottom bunk), he hit his head on the top bunk. #FACTS

I can also attest to the power of lucid dreams that helped me to connect with my subconscious mind and experience synchronicity, and prophetic-like messages, after taking liquid monatomic gold to write my book, "Finding Your Benben Stone: and Building Your Great Pyramid of Success," as well to understand my life purpose.
