Good video. I find if I jog too much I start having slight irritation in my right knee but if I stop for a while it heals and goes away. Anyone reading this please pay attention if you start getting this irritation. The first time it happened i ignored it and kept jogging day after day. It felt like my knee socket was loose and hurt and had to stop jogging for several months for it to heal.
I felt the same too. When I jog or play physical sport for about 30 mins. My left knee starts to hurt. I'm afraid its permanent. Its been bothering me for almost a year now.
good explanation. I watched 4 or 5 videos before this trying to understand why my knees hurt while running, this is the only one that actually demonstrated the problem. thanks
For everyone that wants to run on a regular basis for cardio and has knee pain every once in a while, i would suggest switching exercises to build stamina. Day 1 - Go for a run / Day 2 - go cycling / Day 3 - do stairmaster or find stairs outside / Day 4 - do rowing machine. / Day 5 - go for a run / Day 6 - do crosstrainer / Day 7 - take a break & then repeat cycle. You can also just work out every second day but i'd recommend to still switch excercises.
Thanks for the information, my mother is also having sever pains in her knees she took Coral calcium complex and Bone support for this and she is absolutely fine now.
@@uzumakinaruto4924 no,just went to the doctor yesterday and he said "oh thats a normal knee pain" he kept asking me questions, and so when we were done its still there and ita been since 2 month, also he said its gonna go away when i turn 16 and im 11 and i cant walk or run or jump or use the stairs or anything like that also he gave me medicines 😢😭😭
It's Like the world wants me obese, first coronavirus closes all gyms now I never had this issue and suddenly after running 2 days only I start feeling so much pain in the knees... You gotta be kidding me😒
Same. I just started running this month and keep getting knee pain mainly only the left one. I rested for a few days and felt good, started running again yesterday and I felt the pain coming back like a mild stinging or sharp pain but I pushed through. Now the next day I can’t jump because that knee hurts, it’s fine walking but starts hurting from a slight jog. Idk
cruzantonio92 My problems went away after I rested (no running, jumping and limited walking) for about a week. I think I just overexerted my knees severely.
i am barely overweight as well, i went to the Gym to get leaner i pushed my body to run as much as possible within 60 mins, for the first 3 days i had no problem, on the 4th day running was horrible, took 4 days rest and still the pain didn't go away, everytime i bear my body weight on a half bent knee i get this annoying pain, now i wont run at all i will use all the other aerobic devices cuz am afraid this pain might happen again and i hate it when i must rest and waste my Gym subscription.
I got this and went to the doctor cause I couldn’t walk on that leg and they put me on some physical therapy and exercises to do. Take breaks when running, especially when you need them! Don’t over do it! And idk if this happens for anyone else but randomly it can flare up for me. (Like, can walk, then have to hop on one leg because of pain)
One of the best things I have recently found that has helped me so much is a hemp symmetry CBD infused knee compression sleeve that has worked great for my knee pain.
My uncle had Knee Pain from last 5 years. He was unable to walk properly and took medicines from various hospitals but got no relief. Then he came to know about Chandigarh Ayurved Centre and took treatment from there. Now he is totally fit.
i ran 5 times a week. and each day i ran over a mile. i started getting pain due to running on concrete without appropiate running shoes. i pushed thru. after i started running with cushion sneakers and didnt felt much. until i couldnt run anymore. i still cant. my knees are weak. they get tired. the feel great after i relax. i over did thd running
It fucks me up that I've had this for literal years because the student nurses I had at a previous clinic didn't know how to diagnosis, even when I had to grab their hand and show them that you can feel one of the ligaments moving around in my kneecap. I kept messing my knees up for years and making it worse because I had no idea until I eventually found a new clinic and now I'm trying to get back into routine exercise to help get everything back into place
@BeautyBy Kenny they're likely gonna recommend physical therapy. I kept putting it off (not knowing I had this and just found out) and the pain never went away. Only seemed to get worse most days
Had this for 8 years now, last Doctor i checked say literally this: "your knee is fine, there's nothing wrong with it, however you cant or should not do squats, row, or ride a bike" 🤦
I play hockey and my knees are fine before during and after. However casually walking causes stiffness in ofne of my knees and its hurts when I bend the knee more than 90°
I'm 11 years old and I run almost every single weekday while playing basketball in PE and when someone has the ball I run super fast and easily catch up to them, that's probably how I got runners knee 💀
Helllo doctor, When I stand for a while - for about 10 mins, there is growing weakness in my knee and rectus femoris tendon. I visited 4 doctors, and none of them are able to cure the issue I've been lifting for years - the mistake I did was not stretching enough. Now, I've been deep stretching, doing low impact exercise, foam rolling etc. Still the issue persists. How can I permanently cure this issue?
Pls someone tell me im 13 and i sprint today i sprint and it started to hurt now if i walk jump or lif my leg up it hurts pls someon tell me what this is replie
Probably already over it but, I suggest physical therapy or knee/leg exercises Remember to take breaks too when needed! But don’t stop the daily knee exercises until the doctor or physician says so! Hope this helps, even though I am pretty late;;
What if the back of my knee hurts? I mean, Idk the exact name of that part of my leg, but every time I run, lets say, a couple of miles, tension on the back zone of my left knee arise... I'm really worried I wont be able to run again, as it's been part of my life until now.
Guys, im having some issues with my knee now. Im just 19 and used to go to the gym before lockdown closed them.. The problem is.. Just below my right leg's kneecap, on the inner side, my knee has swollen and the swelling can be easily seen. This thing is causing a lot of pain and discomfort while straightening or folding the knee to its most. I dont feel any pain while movie my leg or folding it, the pain only exists when i try to straighten it to the max level or fold it to the max level. If anyone can help, plz reply

I have had chronic knee pain in both knees since winter 2020 when I started pole dancing. I never stretched consistently and didn't start then. I was wearing knee braces for support every day for about a year and a half. I don't need them as long as I am not squatting but there is pain in both joints daily. Worst if I run or exercise. Even hurts getting out of bed. I was 25 when this started and never had physical problems prior :( I turn 28 soon. Is this the same as runner's knee? I found consistent cryotherapy helps so much but I haven't prioritized being able to afford it
I'm 20 years old I've done some squats for 4 days and it caused me pain in the knee I've left exercise but the knee still pains if I bend it for few minutes and straighten it
i guess so, im currently battling with such after two days of running 4,5km each day. Its been 4 days now and the pain isnt any better. How long did it take you to recover?
@@gracem800 I’d say half a year, to this day I still get pain on my knees at random times but not as much anymore, stretching and massaging my calves really helps me out a lot. Also taking some vitamins has helped incredibly
I got pain while taking rest n most of sleeping time at night ….when the position of knee over other knee by side …I’m just stuck please tell me what should I do

I have this in my left knee it’s not too bad but it’s happened before after I ran to school and back, I did that again later and it came back. I’m fairly new to running longer distances because I cannot do my current sport. Can someone reply and tell me that this is happening because I’m newer to running thanks
First I sprained my ankle then I sprained my knee then I got plantars fasciitis and on my second run I’m pretty sure this happened I hope it clears up really fast

This is glorious, I've been looking for "hurting knees pain" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Jeneah Lansaiah Framework - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my mate got cool results with it.
Sir I had this type of knee pain from when I ran 26km on job recruitment without training even for a day within 4 hours I completed in 3.45hr and had leg pain like can't even step and had to rest for week at home now when I run 12 to 10km in a day for a week 4 to 5 days my leg hurts on the 3 rd run like hell on knee back side right leg now left leg knee back side has also started to pain from today while running and can't speed up so was looking for suggestions in RU-vid can you help what should I do sir
After running 1 week, every morning the insides of my knee caps hurt, pain only reduces when i move my legs a lot such as running how ironic, the thing that causes the pain relieves the pain temporarily lol
I'm not a doctor, but without cartilage in the knee you need to think about how to facilitate production of high quality synovial fluid to reduce the bone/bone friction in your knee. A habit of staying hydrated at all times and avoiding acidic foods should help over the long term. No matter how you choose to treat yourself it is good to stay grounded in the healing process; temper your expectations of results in the near-term. The synovial fluid is highly specialized energy intensive fluid which is quite slow to refresh relative to other other fluids in your body. Another suggestion is to allow Infrared (IR) light from the sun onto your skin during the day (9am-3pm). Sunlight will encourage water in your body to energentically become more available to convert into synovial fluid. If you do the above for 90 days without any improvement (then you probably aren't actually staying hydrated) you might try collagen or gelatin to supplement your diet. Note: staying hydrated is incredibly difficult when we are not conditioned to the practice and/or lack the bodily awareness. Urinate in a clear vessel to monitor your hydration otherwise it will be one vague guess after another and eventually you will get bored, abandon the work and continue feeling discomfort.
I'm not a doctor either but you might look into Type ll collagen , hyaluronic acid & MSM all with a good vitamin c (not just ascorbic acid). Also chicken bone broth
vas34o from what I gathered I think it’s because of my form. In high school I ran track but the style of running I was trained to do were sprints. So fast forward using that form for long distance running is what got me hurt. Check on your form
My last aggravation was because of a sprint that I didn’t worm up properly for, the pain always goes away in few days but this time it lasted for over a month.
Guys would you please tell me more about it: the after effects and all Cuz I'm currently having a physical therapy and I want to know how to deal with it afterwards
ghofrane faidi For me, I just don’t over do it. If I feel pain, I sit down or put an ice pack on area. If it really went back to hurting, hurting, I’d probably put tape on my knee again and start religiously doing those knee exercises I had. (I went through the physical therapy and they taped my knee and gave knee exercises) Hope this helps!
I can’t fucking run, I can’t enjoying the beautiful jogging which I love so much, my side left and right knee hurt so much, When I don’t do leg workouts for a month it disappears, but If I do only one it appears again and It hurts even when I walk. I have payed 50 € to the doctor and with the machine they couldn’t even find what the issue was, Idk anymore what to do, before I had this problem I used to jog to loose weight, Now I can’t fucking run

There are many factors in treating painful knees at home. One resource I discovered that succeeds in merging these is the patella pain pundit (google it if you're interested) definately the most useful plan that I've heard of. look at all the interesting info .
Well then you havent tried running. Whats pointless is you commenting on this video when you have no intent on running. You must have a boring unfulfilling life just to get on here just to insult people who like to run.
