Even thinking about the Eviction Notice just makes me real sad. It's one of the nicest looking melee weapons in the game, and it's concept of 'Faster Swing Speed on Heavy Melee' is awesome, but it's just completely out-classed by even the Warrior's Spirit. How come all the good-looking weapons have to suck? Warrior's Spirit, Righteous Bison, Enforcer, Pomson 6000, Back Scatter, S.V.F. Sun-on-a-Stick and now this? Edit: The Back Scatter makes me the most sad, because it's concept of rewarding Scouts for using their mobility to flank around the enemy is great. But the actual gun is just kinda mediocre

The tragedy of the Rightious Bison, sometimes I legit would just allow an enemy soldier to kill me with it (out of respect) and even then they still fail at killing me because of how weak the weapon is, truly sad

You see I’d get upset over the pain train being on this list since it’s, in everyone’s opinion, the best melee for demoknight. But then I have to remember that this doesn’t count random crits and the pain train is a random crotch machine.

The volcano fragment, giving fire damage to a class which can do nothing but fire and melee damage, like why not add an explosive melee to a class with nothing but... Oh

The classic would be great if it had one thing: Letting it be able to fire when you're not on the ground! A single soldier popping you means you can't even shoot him if you release a full charge, since it just doesn't fire and wastes the whole charge. What's worse, you also can't fire underwater, since unless you're standing, you **can't fire it!**

the pain train is actually good, the downside on soldier can nullified with the battalions back up and in medieval mode it's a direct upgrade. as for it on demoman in normal modes, yeah i have no excuse for that

Honestly, I find it incredibly fun to use the Apocofists and the Steak Sandvich in Medieval Mode. It's just so satisfying to watch your enemies explode from the power of your fists. Heck I even use the Apocofists as my go to Heavy melee outside of Medieval Mode. Not the Steak Sandvich though, that thing is hot garbage in literally every other game mode lol.

Pain train’s not the only objective downgrade, so is pyro’s stock melee

as a spy/soldier main, I agree about the enforcer and ambassador. I do believe there are better options, but it's pretty alright!

Hey I think the worst loadout for scout is probably baby face's blaster, bonk antomic punch and the candy cane.

I feel like the Buffalo Steak could use a rework into a "power up" type of weapon like an Eyelander demoknight. Every kill makes you faster and grants a bit of damage resistance. Sounds like it could be pretty busted if paired with the KGB tho

Technically, you can have your boost brought down to nothing with just a single pistol bullet. Because of the winger's 15% damage bonus, with maximum ramp up it will deal a little over 25 damage.

Imo, a good buff for the laser weapons would be to allow them to deal damage to ubered players. It would give them a good niche and give a counter to the immense power of uber

I know you said at the beginning of the video that you weren't taking random crits into account, but the pain train is S tier bad weapon imo. The only reason I play demoman is to sticky jump around with the base jumper and random crit people, lots of fun. The crit animation for it is also very satisfying, along the same lines as the kukri's crit animation.

The one quote that works for every melee “Hey that’s a nice earned crit you got there. Well I’ve got something better. RANDOM CRITS!”

No, Amby is trash, like upper C - lower B, "oh you're just salty" no I'm not, my friend plays for a steel highlander and he's a very good gun-spy, I could never convince him to use any revolver besides the stock, he says: "Critical hits are BS but I'd rather enjoy them while we have it" and "the consistency of the default revolver is not just yummy juicy (yes he used this exact same term's) they're are awesome, no other revolver has this dps/accuracy, Amby has a great burst of damage but it falls short on reliability and pressure, yes I can reliable hit my shots, and could even burn the server with Amby, hitting the HS's aren't a problem for me, but I can't control the randomness of the heated gun spread" also "The damage isn't consistent in as * I don't know whether the headshot will connect and secure me a kill or spaghetti-source out into a body shoot *, and even if everything works out, I'll need to be the same distance from the enemy in order to do 102 dmg where I could just do two shoots with stock totalling 120 or... "Oh but in your big ass essay you only said stock is better but I haven't saw any argument stating that the Amby is bad" Well lett me put it that way NO other revolver do better than the stock as a primary weapons BESIDES the busted ass Diamondback The L'Etranger is a good tool but it sacrifices your primary weapon and this is nothing new to anyone The Enforcer is a niche, not a bad thing but you're not winning any Oscars And last Amby need more steps and skills to do the same thing as stock... and end up with the same results So yeah, the other revolvers need a buff or stock and DB needs a nerf I prefer the side were there's more variety

A funny tactic i found for the baby face is to use crit cola and fish (this depends on map type, the smaller and more corners a map has the better). how does it work? just get max speed, hide somewhere to drink crit cola, then proceed to hunt down whoever is the closest with a mini critting fish.

I love when he was talking about the enforcer he was using the classic Dr enforceicle loadout (dead ringer, enforcer, spycicle) and I love that as it was one of my favourites back in the day
