They are all single-filament single beam halogen bulbs with an L-shaped socket and are some of the most common bulbs for headlights and fog lights.
They can be use on headlight ( low beam, high beam) and fog light
This wattage classifications is base on the standard halogen bulbs used on the vehicles. There are after market bulbs that has a higher wattage and LED ( Light Emitting Diode) headlight are manufactured such that these 3 types were universal to use on each other's socket holder. LED headlight commonly has a lower wattage than the halogen bulbs, hence consume less power and brightness will be much brighter too.
So to speak, these 3 types of bulbs are not interchangeable to each other and are unable to install on the vehicle. You need to get the correct size that fit your vehicle's specification.
Here are the spots you can find to differentiate their difference. In most cases the base of the bulb will indicate the bulb wattage and their size. Look out for that. But for some reasons the printed wordings may have faded over times, you will need to look at the bulb's physical difference.

( looking at the measurements of the 3 point, this LED headlight is most likely are compatible to fit into the headlight socket of H8, H9 and H11)
