I have lyme. Mixed connective tissue disease. Lupus, gout, fibromyalgia..I started serrapeptase 6 days ago, and omg! Its helping!! I'm so great full!!!!
@@johnolaoluwa you are so welcome, soon as I started taking it I seen a big difference, but after about weeks 2 I started getting constapation, so I quit fir a few days, every one of my symptoms has come back, im in a bad flare right now, ill stat back tommorw, ill have to find something for that problem
Serrapeptase is also great for respiratory health. Helps loosen thick mucus. Worked wonders for my chronic sinusitis. You stated that Nattokinase has significant amounts of K2. Although it's true that the food Natto is loaded with K2, it has been removed from every Nattokinase supplement I've ever come across.
Hello, I'm currently using serrapaptase taking 240,000 once a day in the morning for sinus issues that cause me to be dizzy and it's affecting my eyesight. I was wondering what dosage did you take that you felt made a difference? I'm still having to take other medicine and I have been taking serrapaptase for over a month now. Any advice would help, thank you
I have taken serraptase off and on for years as I get fluid behind my ear during allergy season. I had an injury from the thing we can't talk about in April of 2021 and had high d dimers all of last year. I took 250,000 of serrapeptase for six months and then switched to Nattokinase because I didn't know what to do. My heart got better, my liver and pancreas got better and all I have left are some neurological symptoms and now taking Lumbrokinase and I feel it is helping me. It's been 18 months to get here but I can honestly say enzymes are helping me.
Wow... when you switched from serra to natto, did you feel any difference? in which way each of them helped? I am also taking these enzymes for Bartonella and Lyme, which cause a similar situation to the thing we cannot name.
@@florpodesta561 I didn't notice a difference between the two and I had taken serra for many years, and I was feeling pretty badly at first. Have you tried Lumbrokinase? I think it is a good enzyme too, and I believe is very effective at breaking up the biofilm. I would bet it would go well with oil of Orgeano..
I heard somewhere that nattokinase is the way to go if you had a nasty run in with the clot shot. Good to hear that there's truth to this. Also happy to hear they are helping you get on the mend.
Great video, thanks. I've taken nattokinase and lumbrokinase every day, for years, even though I have no health issues. I started this regime after getting shingles in my mid 60s. I'm a 72 year old male.
I do wish that people were warned that when you’re taking supplements like this that open up the cardiovascular system, that it’s a good idea to take a collagen supplement as well to help rebuild vulnerable areas that are opened up
I make sure that when I take it, I also take collagen and vitamin C daily, to ensure my body has the building tools to repair damaged areas that may be revealed by the reduction of scar tissue and clotting.
Big issue though is clottsbreak apart and then end up elseware upstream. Not a good idea to take these if you have arterial plaque or build up, clotts.
Thank you for this video! I recently recieved test results that said my blood was thick and protien in the urine, so to me that indicates arterial inflammation. I also have HBP and High cholesterol. Looking forward to test results after a 3 month personal trial!
@@joejojo5966 Wow after 4 months and he hasn't responded....that's what we call dead on arrival in youtube speak. At least he or she can respond with a yes or no.
This is exactly what I've been looking for! I unfortunately have family members who took the jab, so want to protect them. Additionally, my D-Dimer is a bit on the high side, so I'm planning to take some for myself. Thanks so much!!!
FLCCC Frontline COVID Critical Care Analysis for full jab detox protocol includes NAC, Zeolite and Black seed oil and of course VitD3 with K2 Namaste 🙏💜🙏
Thank you so much this is helped me tremendously I am most certainly going to be taking it hopefully to prevent a stroke again God bless you I have Serrapeptase and I have took in this before now and I got Natt and I’m going to be taking that every day now next I want to get the last one you’re talking about
@@jomack7923 Thsnk you for the response.. I just bought that one. I just finished the k2 with d3. Let me tell you I’ve been taking Serrapeptase omg it’s helping so much!! Especially for women one of my tubes would swell up since I started taking it no more. And also with my sciatic nerve pain. This stuff works!
New to your channel and so glad I found you. This is fantastic information thank you so much - will be consulting my naturopath with this information as I am currently taking serrapeptase and not sure it is the best solution for heart health
I would give anything to take serrapeptase but even on the lowest dose after 2 weeks I vomited and had diarrhea and I stopped taking it and was fine. I restarted it and it happened again vomiting and diarrhea for 8 hours. In the two weeks I was taking it my chronic sinusitis was clearing up remarkably and I was feeling so much better. If anyone has a way of taking it without the side effect I would be elated to hear it. This was such great info
The problem with nattokinase is all of the capsules for sale on all markets have the K2 removed..literally cannot find a version with K2 not removed. So I take K2/D3/nattokinase all at the same time but not sure it's as effective as original natto (the slimy stuff). Natto seems to help a bit..trying bolouke next but its very expensive.
Oh my gosh I just got out of the hospital like three weeks ago I had a stroke I got serrapeptase and Natt but I have never heard of that last one maybe I should get that one I need to be taken this every day it sounds like to prevent another stroke
Late to this video, but I'll comment anyway. A few years ago I was diagnosed with AFib. I was immediately put on Eliquis, which I did NOT want to take. The docs made it sound like I would no doubt have a stroke if I didn't take it. After being on it for three years now, I'm pretty sure it has caused anemia; certainly fatigue. Now after watching this, it appears that a least two of these, Nattokinase and lumbrokinase might actually do the same thing for me--perhaps in a healthier way? I continue to be disappointed in the medical system every single day.
Need to know which enzyme is best, safest, & most effective for breaking down "fibrous scar tissue in colon" in my 21 yr old daughter. Thank you immensely!
Why is it most if not all Nattokinase products state 'K2 removed' when K2 is so important in moving calcium to the bones? It seems to defeat the entire purpose of what Natto is about. What am I missing?
Thank you for the valuable information. I have Sciatica pain and had just purchase a bottle of Dr. Best 40,000 SPU Can you recommend the dosage and the best time to consume it. Thank you for the great video.
Very informative video, thank you! I have high cholesterol and arteriosclerosis and I'm currently taking 50mg aspirin per day. I'm thinking about switching to Natto or taking it addition to that. Is that sth you would recommend? If so, is 20.000 FU/day a good dose to start with? And can I just start taking it or would you recommend waiting a couple of days until the effect of the aspirin has worn off?
Just found this channel after long search. I have been taking them a yr now for fibroidd. How can I book a consultation with this Doc? Let me go on and subscribe or else what I'm I doing with my life? 😫🥴
Wondering if any folks here have used any or all three of these enzymes for the jab/long covid and/or mycotoxins. Dealing with both. I tried Nano with no real noticeable benefit so thinking of trying the other two enzymes. Any opinions? Thanks
Taken orally, systemic enzymes go to work in the body to help break down the fibrin that causes the scarring in your lungs, and may help you to breathe more easily. In some parts of the world, doctors have prescribed systemic enzyme therapy to treat fibrosis for more than 50 years. pulmonaryfibrosisnow.org/learn/systemic-enzymes/#:~:text=Taken%20orally%2C%20systemic%20enzymes%20go,for%20more%20than%2050%20years.
Anyone here taking these for post covid syndrome? I had problems with the vaccine causing shortness of breath for months and then catching covid was actually worse than the vaccine. Nac helped after the vaccine but it isn't cutting it anymore.
Hi Chelsea., My son has LC, specifically worsening after vaccination. I was wondering how you take Nac? I have tried to take but it makes me anxious. I really anxious. Son is really struggling with LC. A lot of different symptoms... Doctor don't know what to do ..... Any suggestions, really appreciate
Could these enzymes help dissolve forehead cyst, possibly lipomas or Osteoma? I have small bumps and or tumors throughout my body in the arms and a few in my legs, could serrapeptase and the other enzymes help with these lumps? Thank you very much for the informative videos.
For cardiovascular health why bother taking Serrapeptase or Nattokinase when Lumbrokinase is so much more effective? Or is Lumbrokinase not as good in some aspects?
Nattokinase had me break out in acne all over and make me moody. Serrapeptase caused my skin to become very very dry and gave me constipation and acid reflux…argh I really want to take this stuff but am having no luck. I am going to try Lumbrokinase. Most other people seem to do just fine on these supplements, I’m not sure what my issue is.
If you often have stomach issues with things or have bloating test for SIBO bacteria breath test . Many who had covid developed it and is mistaken for IBS far too often. Best wishes
@@theancientsancients1769 Fully agree. I think SIBO is undeniable at this point. Today I will begin a natural protocol for it 👍🏽 unfortunately our medical system has collapsed here in Canada, and a Doctors appointment is a 3-4 month wait just to speak with a Doctor let alone get tests and results back and then have another discussion with a Doctor. So I am going to do my absolute best to read as much info as I can and make the best Laymen’s educated guess as to which SIBO I have. As I don’t feel I can wait 4-6 months before I address this issue. What a mess the world is in.
Hi Doctor, thank you for your valuable knowledge on this subject. I know to ever take what’s spoken of here as medical advice, but was wondering if you can explain a phenomenon experienced after taking Lumbrokinase. A patient has had Covid 3 times over the course of 3 years, and is suspected to be dealing with long Covid. Symptoms are mostly just fatigue and a migraine maybe once a month. Upon taking Lumbrokinase 40mg twice per day, headaches and fatigue have increased, and itching. What could be the reason for experiencing symptoms such as this? Again I know not to take anything you say here as medical advice, but I’ve tried to research this properly and most references say there should be no side effects.
I'm no doctor but will share what the doctors on FLCC explained, that it can potentially be because of something called "mast cell activation", look it up
One caution: if you take biofilm busters like nattokinase, serrapeptase and lumbrokinase, be sure to take a chelating agent along with them. When biofilms break up, they can release toxic metals, viruses and bacteria back into your bloodstream, so can make you feel worse rather than better. Vitamin C is a good chelator, but the best one I've found to take along with the biofilm busters is Total Chelate (EDTA). And drink lots of water to keep flushing your system clean. --from a user review
What do you recommend for muscle connection weakness? I tore a pec a couple years ago and ever since my muscle connections have felt weak everywhere. I work out 5-7 days a week again but i have to go super light on everything because all of my muscle connections feel weak or like they are about to get injured. I feel like ive tried all joint formulas but nothings helped.
I have been taking Nordic Naturals Fish Oil Supplements 345 mg (half of the 690 mg dose) and 100 mcg of K2 daily. When I took 690 mg of Nordic Naturals, I ended up with purple patches, essentially my blood leaking out. I didn't know if taking it with K2 was safe since it is derived from Natto.
I have been reading that you shouldn't take fish oil with Serrapeptase because it can cause internal bleeding. It sounds like since all these are a type of blood thinner, they shouldn't be taken with Fish oil supplements.
@@paulnunya9355do you mean you shouldn’t take them at the same time or it’s ok to take fish oil just “away from” several hours away from serrapeptase ?
Question- 2 years ago, I was diagnosed with extensive DVTs throughout my entire body. Using these three enzymes, I was able to dissolve the active DVTs. However, the chronic DVTs have turned into scar tissue and some of my veins are completely occluded . Do these enzymes have the ability to dissolve that type of scar tissue? If so, which enzyme should I focus on most?
That type of scar tissue is called matrix metalloproteinases. There are some natural compounds such as resveratrol, curcumin, epigallocatechin-3-gallate that may be able to help.
Thank you for the video, Dr. Jawad. I was thinking about taking only lumbrokinase (Boluoke) daily, but now wonder if there would be any benefit to taking each of the products on different days? That is, lumbrokinase one day, serrapeptase the next day, then nattokinase the third day. Then, going back to lumbrokinase. My two main issues are Peyronie's Disease and Dupuytren's Contracture. Thankfully, the Dupuytren's is pretty minimal and has remained pretty stable for the last 15 years. The Peyronies, unfortunately, is a different matter. The shortening and bending has been very demoralizing. Because I'm in my mid-50s, I also wouldn't mind any circulatory benefits that systemic enzymes might confer. WIth all that stated, would you think there's any benefit to taking all three in rotation? Or, might daily lumbrokinase provide similar/better benefits? Thank you, sir.
@@thejdocrealminute4648 Thank you for the reply, Dr. Jawad. I'd definitely enjoy hearing any ideas about Peyronie's that you might have. I've scoured the internet and read a lot of proposed treatments (drugs, Vitamin E, DMSO, surgery, castor oil + a sonic toothbrush, shockwave therapy, traction devices, vacuum pumps, and proteolytic enzymes, to name a few) and my basic conclusion was there's no 100% guaranteed way to halt or reverse the condition. However, maybe there's been some new breakthroughs since I gave up hope for a solution. Thanks again and best wishes.
Enjoying your channel! Do you have any protocols or recommendations for people experiencing post covid parosmia? There's so many foods like onions, garlic, meat, coffee, that taste terrible. It's very challenging to find good information.
can Serrapetase and nattokinase clear the tubes? I had tubal ligation reversal surgery and there was tubal obstruction due to excessive scarring, I wanted to know if they can clean the tubes?
@@patriciaferraz5919 I am certain that Serrapeptase would do this and homoeopathic Silica taken in a low strength like a 10x four times a day for quite a long time would help. Namaste 🙏💜🙏
@@thejdocrealminute4648 hi doc I have a question 5 years ago I noticed my ankle and my finger 🤞 started to swell I heard serrapeptase was good for that's Do you think is true? Or what supplements will be great for thats??
Can it reduce elevated calcium and CRP levels in the blood as well? And can it dissolve calcium deposits in soft tissue and micro calcification clusters in the breasts?
Proteolytic enzymes (proteases) are enzymes that break down protein. These enzymes are made by animals, plants, fungi, and bacteria. Proteolytic enzymes break down proteins in the body or on the skin. This might help with digestion or with the breakdown of proteins involved in swelling and pain. It breaks down the 'calcium plug' in the body.
@@thejdocrealminute4648 thanks doc. But will it lower the CRP ( C-reactive protein (CRP) is a protein made by the liver. The level of CRP increases when there's inflammation in the body) because that is a protein as well.
@@birdsintheburbs7414 Yeah. I already bought two of this. But I can't take it . I am doing prolonged fasting ,already a week now. Hoping it can break down the tissue.Thank u for the tip

hi.... sorry another question Doctor. I have always read that natto needs to be enteric coated for it to work. Do you know about the brand Nattovena? they say in their website that "it’s naturally acid-stable since it’s derived from a food source. This gives Nattovena the added benefit of not needing an enteric coating for protection against stomach acid.".... is this possible? or am I taking something that doesnt work? please help!!!! Thank you
