So the only supplements I currently take are whey protein and creatine, and honestly, they’re really the only ones you need. Here’s why. Creatine is naturally produced in your body, but it’s made in very small amounts, and taking a supplement to increase its availability will allow for more ATP production which just means more energy. This improves your performance and recovery which leads to greater muscle mass, strength, and since creatine also pulls water into your muscles, you’ll end up looking bigger and fuller. Whey protein, is simply the watery portion of protein that separates during the process of making cheese, then it’s isolated, combined with some flavoring and made into a powder. So basically it’s just powdered food packed with protein making it easier to hit your daily requirement. Not to mention it’s actually the fastest digesting protein , and it contains all 9 essential amino acids which can only be obtained through your diet. You only need like 1-2 scoops per day and the rest of your protein should come from whole food sources. As for creatine, you should take 5 grams everyday to keep your body saturated. But that’s all I take currently and I hope that helps.

@@penderyn8794 difficult to do when it's the first energy cycle 1:1 ATP 4:1 carbs 28:1 fats I guess your recommending keto it's still difficult to stay in ketosis full time you'd be better off to fast and consume foods that increase autography during your fasting period since the autography is the goal your trying to accomplish threw the preservation of your Telomere however if you're trying to say the guy in the video isn't 100% correct on what he's saying your absolutely correct and I could nit pick a lot of incorrect information he knows enough information to think he knows it as a whole but hopefully he'll keep learning growing and researching to improve upon his knowledge to achieve a better understanding the best athletes are always learning how to be and or stay the best

Creatine is not for everyone, whilst I was on it for a month, I noticed intense cramps all over my body. When I got an intense cramp in my chest, I decided to stop because I thought I was having a heart attack. Since I've stopped I've continued with whey protein and seen great results

This is misleading if you take creatine. Creatinine is the by product of broken down creatine but it doesn't mean your kidneys are failing. That's why you should stop taking it before a blood test or inform your doctor he's reading your test results.

As a Student on Budget, I think buying raw chicken is better value for money than Whey protein as Chicken has 2.5 Times more Protein. I would definately buy Whey if i had money to buy Whey Protein.

U can take whey protein after your workout... I'm not sure about Creatine but I take 1 teaspoon a day in the morning which is 5g and on workout days I take 2 teaspoon.. 1 at the morning then the other one An hour before my workout

They were at first required when you enter the door and come to the front at the reception desk, but once you leave the desk and go back to working out, you could then take the mask off. Now I have been vaccinated and when I go to the gym I don't wear one. But I also go at around 3 or 4 A.M to beat the corona crowd before they wake up...LoL

Thus, it’s fair to say that People genetically predisposed to prematurely bald or have hair thinning may find that creatine accelerates the rate at which this happens

It's important before bed really only if you're not consuming enough protein throughout the day as a whole if your not eating enough protein then I'd recommend 40 grams before bed and I'd just make homemade Greek yogurt and filter off the whey put it in the refrigerator to make your post workout whey protein shake

@@bludbath3035 I'm assuming your just looking for a before bed protein since you mentioned casein and if you wanted something different get a spoon full of peanut butter eat that and add pasteurized Egg whites to chocolate milk before bed just drink the eggs within 7 days of opening. I don't recommend casein powder only because its a concentrated extremely difficult protein digest that's why it's a slow digesting protein it'll probably just hurt your stomach or cause diarrhea before you gain any measurable amount of muscle from it Edit: if the egg whites cause gas it's only because you need more protease enzymes or have a biotin deficiency buy digestive enzymes and a B Complex 100 these are co enzymes to work with the digestive enzymes so that way protein is actually usable by the body sometimes its not about what you eat it's about what you absorb

As long as you're getting 1.5× plus protein per Kg. You don't need supplement. As for the Creatine goes, you will get them from Meat source. As long as you eat 500g of whatever meat you wanna eat. It should cover your 1.5×+ protein per Kg. However if you're eating chicken. Then it will also cover your Creatine as well. 500g of boneless chicken should give you 2g of creatine plus you will Generate 1g of creatine naturally. If your diet is on point. You dont need any supplement whatsoever. If your diet is Pure Garbage and not covering your protein and creatine then you may need them. If you're Vegan and getting Enough protein then you may going to need Creatine Because Vegan food source doesn't contain any creatine from what I know. Is it Possible to build muscle without supplement? Yes I'm in the gym for 4 and half months and I'm making good Progress so far, my chest is getting bigger, my bicep is Growing and my ab is soft visible. When I Started going to gym I loss 17-17.5 k.g in 3 months. I was use to be chubby with 98kg and now I'm fit with 82kg.
