Oh yes, the joys of trying to type "around" your cat. They are such funny creatures.

I use to listen to songs while working on my laptop. Sometimes I get too sleepy and go to bed without turning it off. Then in the middle of the night I'd jump the hell out of my bed cos the music suddenly become SUPER LOUD like shaking my whole dreaming being!! and there she goes standing with her 4 fat furry paws on the keyboard looking at me and says "wha? go to bed, human..."

When one of my Mum's cats was a kitten and I was still living at home (in high school) he would like to sprawl on top of the printer - it was tucked away under a shelf in the computer desk so I think he liked the hidey-hole aspect of it, where he could see the whole room but we couldn't see him. Problem was one day I didn't realise he was in there and started the printer without lifting him off first......cue rocket-powered kitten erupting from the computer desk and shredding my essay on his way out xD

The ragtime piano music is great, it totally fits the "mood" that Cole and Marm's antics inspire. What a joyful pair those two are! Thanks for sharing them with us.

"How is mommy supposed to work?" That is a precious video and I wish my feline duo could join me at work! As I was watching them at the shredder and printer, I think they are becoming organized.... :-) LOVE IT!

You probably won't reply or even see this comment but I lost my kitten a few days ago and well I went through this whole entire emotional rollacoaster when I watch your vids I feel good seeing someone else having fun with their cat and embracing the time they have with them love your vids!

This is so funny and so true. For some strange reason, cats love to be in the thick in paperwork, files and are very intrigued by mouse and keyboard clicking! They love to distract their busy workaholic pet parents from work projects trying every trick in the book with attention-getting antics that actually work...

This could be my house, I swear. In my case, the only time my cats become active is when I want to do some work on the computer or at the desk. If I'm watching YT videos, no one comes to check me out, but the minute they heard the keyboard clicking (LIKE NOW!!!), everyone has to "help" me. I feel your pain, LOL.

This is so cute. My cat Earl Grey loves to push my mouse off the table too.

My cat used to climb into my chair and sit behind me and just purr away...he wasn't allowed up near the keyboard and he knew it, so he'd just get as close as possible. Every once in a while he'd meow at me and I'd pet him a bit and he'd be fine for a while~! I miss him a lot. I even miss when my parents would open the door to my room when they wanted me up and let the cat come in to wake me...it was slightly annoying at the time to wake up to a face full of whiskers and purring, but I really miss it now....or that demanding, short (but loud), meow he'd make when he wanted to be fed, right then, that literally sounded like he was saying, "NOW!!!" Or the game I'd play with him where I'd hide in a random location in the house, then call for him and he'd come find me, lol!

I love how at around 1:39 the looks on their faces say, "Sorry, no work today!" And Marm totally booped you at the end! :P

I'd take this over an office job any day.

Sooo Great-Working with Cats !!! I've spent many many years rescuing every lost or abandoned cat and kittens I possibly could. Everything in your videos brings a smile to my face and heart! So cute and funny, from the bed making to trying to do any work at your desk is completely so real and true! They have made my life liveable as well probably the reason I'm still alive. Great Job!

Between 2:13 and 2:15, what I find funny is the part where Marmalade chews on a piece of paper and a folder and gets busted for it when Jessica Poole tells him, "Hey. Hey, hey!" which was her version of "no." It's so funny to me because that bit reminds me of the times when my previous budgie, Paddy Bird, once used to chew at newspapers when he/she was a baby bird.
