funny you even mention tomahawk, a cruise missle thats great for hitting adversaries that are chucking spears at us, or possably maritime shipping, but completely useless against a peer or near peer adversary. for 40 years our military has stagnated at the top of the food chain, while our adversaries, bought, stole, or simply progressed on their own in the manufacture of precision weapon systems.we dont have one enemy, we have atleast 2, and if you dont think they would team up to bring us down, well you dont understand just how much they hate us for holding them captive with the petro dollar, and i truly believe that putting so many eggs in the basket of aircraft carriers has been a huge mistake, russia and china both can track us with thier satellites and drop precision hypersonics right down on top of our fleets, they wouldnt even nuke them directly, they would emp them from a mile above,. they will take our ability to project power and flush it down the proverbial toilet. I pray for my country, its being run by bureaucrats and fools that believe d.e.i. training is what we should be focusing on, really sounds like they are more interested in using our military to attack our own citizens than concentration on a world that wants to see us gone. we no longer produce anything, we just consume, what do they need us for, our fiat currency?
