Why are we not trying out QB4, Jayden Denegal? Did I miss him leaving or getting injured? And if he isn't available, why don't we go back to Davis Warren? Watching Tuttle was painful

at this point if davis doesn't play is he not good enough? I find it hard to believe he doesn't want to play that sounds like a excuse

what's so confusing is im not sure it's a qb problem anymore. the coaches should have seen that the qb was going to be a problem for 2024 in 2023 and did nothing. so is it a qb problem or a coach problem

They should have both orji & Tuttle in at same time...put orji in as a RB option that can either run a patch option with mullings getting first priority to run...orji is big enough to help block in passing situations if needed...

Go with David Warren if they will not play Jadyn Davis.

QB1 at the beginning of the season should have been Alex Orji. He was the fan and team favorite. They should have stuck with him until the wheels fell off. They did not do that. They tried to be something they are not to attract recruits at the WR position. Then Warren imploded and they gave Orji a “shot”. But they did not commit to an offense built around Orji. They abandoned him at the first sign of trouble (two punts) when they rode Warren for 6 turnovers. Then Tuttle, gets to come into this game as the starter. What does he give us? PUNT PUNT FUMBLE FUMBLE (Edwards) TD PUNT PUNT INTERCEPTION TURNOVER ON DOWNS They blamed his first fumble on not being able to practice, but he literally lost it on a virtually identical play. All this talk of Tuttle being a better runner than Orji is false. I’d put my left testicle up on Orji being slower. They just run different. One is a battering ram and the other is a baby deer running for his life. They are not equal. Orji’s throwing is a flaw, but I don’t care because every time he is on the field with Mullings and Edwards I feel like they can score on any play. Tuttle is a poor man’s Jake Rudock. They need to start and stick with Orji. At least it will be more fun to watch. If all for the chance to say “Orji in the Endzone” makes it worth it. But more importantly, at the very least, turn him into a serviceable backup for next season. We have to play to be good next year, this year.

Neither Tuttle nor Orji is our guy. I think it's a good idea giving a try on Jadyn Davis. However, I don't know it's a good idea to put his first snap in college against a rivalry game. Maybe better to play him against teams like IU and start him against Northwestern this year.

I think Coach Moore just has to pick one of the 3 QBs and stick with him for the rest of the season I remember in 1987 Bo Schembechler started Demetrius Brown at QB as a Sophomore and he was absolutely terrible in the early part of the season. In fact in his first game against ND he threw six - yes six interceptions. I was at the game and it certainly was the worst performance by a Michigan QB I have seen in 55 years of following the team. However, Bo stuck with him and by the end of the season Brown had become a very good QB! He had a gun for an arm and could run like a running back. That team had a much better OL and supporting cast but the lesson is that inexperienced QBs are going to make mistakes but they can learn and improve. I am sure all 3 QBs that have started this year are demoralized at this point. I'm sticking with the team and know the players are playing hard. Go Blue!

Great content as always !! Unfortunately all 3 QBs are terrible. Secondly, the coaching is not making the adjustments necessary to win. I’m tired of hearing the coaching staff every week saying “we need to play better”.

Start alex. Run the zone read offense. Utilizes Donovan as a all purpose back. Slot ,x,y receiver. LET mullings run. And ride the season out. Start over next year.

I am so tempted to get rid of my tickets for the state game. I would have never said that in my life and we have had some really bad years. If they played Jaydyn Davis, I would go. I just think that third option won’t happen. I hope it does though.

It would be great to see what we have in Jadyn Davis, and honestly, he could potentially be our best QB on that roster, lol. That being said, we have to keep in mind this kid is a freshman. Out WR’s seem to struggle to get separation and pass protection from the O-line is iffy. We don’t want to set this kid up for failure if he’s our future.

You can’t put a true freshman out there with that OL.

His (Davis’)parents don’t want him to redshirt, they wanted him to not get thrown in because there wasn’t any other options… the situation we are in. (Allegedly) also there are concerns on his long throwing motion and arm strength 🤷‍♂️

What about Denegal , why doesn't he get a shot can't be any worse than the rest has been Dante Culpepper size . What about his arm? At this point I have little to no faith this coaching staff nows what talented qb looks or how to use one if they had one .

Call me crazy but bench Orji, and convert him to linebacker for next year, he is bigger than most linebackers. Jadyn Davis would be a wildcard. It is horrible and pathetic. We lucky we win one more game. If Kirk Campbell plans a game we are doomed. Run the ball run the ball maybe two to three passes per drive if sustainable.

Roll Orji. Run simple zone and RPO plays with Don and Mullings in duo, take some shots downfield. Rest of the season is meaningless besides development and beating rivals. Tuttle and Warren ain't it moving forward, but if Orji can start throwing for 150, he's our best option this year and has a shot to maybe start next year. Let's see what he's got with the handbrake off. Can't throw Jadyn in there behind this OL. He's the only dude on roster - unless Orji starts and makes more passes - with a shot of starting next year. No need to kill his confidence now. Should have played him against Ark St if he was gonna have any shot at playing this year. MUST see improvement until the end of the year. I've been saying it all year: losses suck but stagnant play is unacceptable. Defensive coaching and play has improved, but the offense needs to follow suit or the coordinators need to go.

Over the offseason moore needs to fire Campbell and use a lot of NIL money for a good QB and better receiver’s the QB room isn’t good but when your guys can’t get open a good QB wouldn’t solve it there is no excuse that Indiana can go to the #1 passing offense but we turn into this over the offseason

Harbaugh took every coach that was worth a damn to spite Michigan for not doing more during the whole cheating scandal. Harbaugh hired Campbell and Bellamy but left both in AA

What happened to the offensive line , look at all the sacks , Tuttle does hold onto the ball too long and that’s another reason to pull him .

It depends on how the staff thinks Jadyn will react to failure. What you don't want to do is kill his confidence as he's learning how to do things in practice. While I think QB play is a huge problem, it's probably not the biggest problem with this offense. I think WR is the biggest problem with the offense, and I'd be reluctant to throw the kid to the fire with how easily teams play base man-to-man coverage against Michigan's receivers and routinely win. It gives defenses the green light to blitz at will. If the kid's unfazed by all of this, I'd give him a shot. If there's any doubt on how he'll handle the adversity of playing with receivers who do absolutely nothing to help him out, I'd keep with the plan of redshirting him. Most QBs aren't ready to play as freshmen. It seems like he's more of a prospect that's more of the year 1 redshirt, year 2 back up, and year 3 start variety.

At this point I don’t care how much we gotta pay for Bryce Underwood get him to come to Michigan.

Well, everything has transpired exactly the way I said it was because I know what's going on behind the scenes. You guys lack discernment, you need to pay attention to people.
