Meiji milk dark blue gives perfect curd when used with milky mist/ dairy fresh curd for setting it.

Hi… I tried with milky mist and Paul but unfortunately I'm not able to make the curd . Kindly help me struggling from past one month for the home made curd. Or if possible can you give me curd jaamoon/sample so that I can make curd form that ?

Neeru t would be great f u post a video on setting curd using pauls yogurt n paneer too . Among the local tetra pack milk which yields better curd ?

Sure..My existing yogurt video is with Paul's And aavin. Do let me know if you need any help further. Panneer is my todo list... Among the local ones fair price tastes close to amul. The rest 2 which I mentioned in the video has better yield..

I buy in IKEA as they have thicker glasses and cheaper too.. its easy particularly if kids are handling glassware.

Milk in tetra pack is not nutritious than other milk. They heat the milk in UHT (Ultra High Temperatures) for few seconds and immediately cooled down so that the microorganisms get killed and ready for long shelf life. Here in USA, I tried tetra pack milk to make yogurt but it didn't turned into yogurt despite of correct temperature. Also milk that says 'Ultra Pasteurized' goes through the same procedure which basically kills all the organisms that helps to make yogurt.
