I loved this. I'm 51 years old and struggling to get away from the classic American diet. And I'm trying to learn to eat healthy at affordable prices. Times are so tough nowadays
I love this video! Your mom is so beautiful! What I love about this video is how she eats so well yet she knows how to treat herself with a small biscuit or drink. She doesn’t overdo anything. All simple and easy :)
HI MOM! This is Absolutely Perfect! I will be 53 in Nov and my body is changing and so has my nutritional ideas....Love this. Simple easy natural its perfect and I really appreciated the coffee breaks and deserts after meals. Sending Love from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷
Your videos with your family are so comforting, thank you for sharing 🌸 My parents grew up in a small village in Russia and their eating habits are rooted in rural childhood. Whole food (we had never had processed food at home even in the city), no snacking expect maybe also a coffee break, fixed mealtimes. They are proficient mindful eaters haha, very fit for their sixties as a result. Also shakshuka is an excellent dish!
Thank you!! I'm a woman in menopause and I adore your videos but if you could keep your mom's videos coming, that would be incredilby helpful!! Thank you to the both of you...
Hey again! I absolutely loved this video - your Mum is naturally very beautiful and graceful. I think I’ve mentioned this before but honestly, it is such a relief to watch your cooking videos, whether it’s with yourself or your Mum. To me they are incredibly relatable and seem very ‘normal’ in the best way. I mean this as a whole-hearted compliment as it is easy to cook very balanced, healthy meals with a small bit of knowledge and you show how it doesn’t have to be too elaborate or overwhelming. I would love to see more videos of your mum - maybe over a week - that that would show where she might have the occasional treat etc. or even just making seasonally appropriate recipes for Autumn/Winter etc. Thanks so much - much Love from London. X
I have being watching all of your videos. You put a lot of effort and the information that you give is Gold. I love the what I eat in a day as it gives me ideas for new things to try.!
Love your mom and you and all your family 🥰 thank you for sharing. Could you please share with us one recipe of I think it was pumpkin or butter squash with coconut milk and curry I think. Looked delicious
Yes! Being a woman over 60, 😱I’ve come to realize you need waaay less food or yl become fat. Your mum looks about 50, not even menopausal age, yet. Id personally love to know more eating tips and lifestyle tips for us older women. Thx 💜
That was great seeing what your mom eats and nice to see how she can make a balance meal to keep her full and slim at the same time. Please do more videos of what your mom typically eats in a day.
Bonjour! This is my first comment to your video. I’ve been watching your videos since last year. Because I’m Japanese in Jp but with French husband. Our baby was born and I was wondering what foods French people give to their baby, toddler and children. I’m still very curious about it and trying some tips and hints from you and your mom in the videos! I’ve searched French foods for baby and toddler on the internet in English so often before. However it was very difficult to find French mom’s blog, RU-vid and the articles, because I can’t use French well…..So please sometimes make a video for baby, toddler, children and the mothers soon or when you have a child in the future! I’ve been enjoying your video every day and I do like French style! P.S. your mom looks like you when she is cooking!
This video was perfect. I liked seeing her preparing these meals along with the time and with you narrating what exactly was used. And i liked seeing how much she could actually eat. It was interesting to see fruit being dessert. Love it and I probably can benefit from doing the same. I don't eat such large portions, but I feel like it's because I snack too much...i may try to do less snacking and eat healthier meals. These all looked so tasty! Oh and I want to eat more fresh herbs in things because I know that makes a big difference.
Great video. I love the foods recipes that provide great ideas. I am guessing your mom is vegetarian also. I grew up eating meat. I generally only have a small portion. I can't quite give it up. I love seeing all the ways to have vegie dishes. Thank you and your mom for sharing.
Love seeing your mom. The dinner dish looked delicious! I want to try the pepper D'Espelette. Does she ever indulge in frites and mayonnaise? And is she also vegetarian? How often does she eat out? Or drink alcohol? She looks great and is an inspiration to me and I'm sure to you too.
@@Edukalebylucie Just a thought. And I know this might be a long-shot. But I've always wondered what French foods are eaten when going camping. Traditionally or modern.
I didnt quite see what the third ingredient was for dinner... I suppose it was tomatoes, though... I must admit, these are some really nice recepes... I might go and try some myself :)
We would always fill up a glass of orange juice that size to the top, unless for a young kid who might spill. I’m learning so much about portion differences. Is your mom also a vegetarian?
Can you explain why, if I eat like this everyday I am overweight? I would love to learn about Metabolism and if a fast/slow metabolism is a real thing. When I google about it, there are conflicting information. Love your videos!
