Bill's life and achievements will forever be overshadowed by his affair with Monica. However, he still remains the best US president post WW II. His detractors will say that he got lucky and was just at the right place at the right time but one thing all of us should remember is that the times make a man and not the other way around. Bill's presidency was a time of peace and prosperity with minimal conflicts and military aggression by the US, something that people around the world generally despise about America. In the hindsight it looks like a simple enough thing to do- the art of minding your own business; but it's the very thing US has been unable to do since for a very long time.

Definitely the best president over the last 20 years. He is probably a top 5 or 10 all time though. He really was a great president. You know his presidency did wonders for Americans when even after his sexual allegation, he still got a second term. People don't necessarily care about what you did personally as long as you do a great job at that position. Being a pure and good person doesn't mean you can do your job. Jimmy Carter seems like one of the nicest humans to be president. To bad he was one of the worst in US history

The man is a road scholar, a Harvard graduate, a four-term governor, and a two-term president of the United States. You can call him a rapist, or a cheater or a liberal, or whatever else you want to call him, just make sure that when you're done at the end of the list you put successful. I know a lot of people who have marks on their record and who have never achieved a sliver of what he has, so if everything that you say about him is true then what's wrong with you that you haven't accomplished what he has.
