To the labrada team this is frantz when I go on a calorie surpluses do I still stay on this surpluses on the days that I don't train

Frantz Pierre Louis While trying to optimize muscle gain and overall strength staying to a calorie surplus nutrition plan is recommended.

nice video.....lee has acould website, with tons of useful information for free !, very generous. I alsolike the way he plugs his products in a non agressive way and doesnt give u all the " for 48hrs I gonna offer you crap" that loads of other so called experts try and do...well done lee

+Miranda Precour Hey Miranda, thanks for being a part of our channel. To lose unwanted body fat, we have to start with our whole food nutrition. We must ensure we are eating the right calories and the right macro nutrients before supplements can really kick in and work well. Hi Lee You are great as always! But I´m sorry I didn´t get how many meals a day including snacks that you are eating?

Magnus, thank you for the question. The amount of meals and meal size will depend on your goals and current fitness level. With that said, meals per day should range from 4-6. This would include snacks as well. If you were to eat a 2500 calories diet for example (170-180 pound male). 5 meals a day at 500 calories per meal would be a great target goal. hey lee, how bad is red meat for you?? I find that it really fills me up, and as long as i eat a bunch of greens with it, i digest it fine... but i've noticed that your protein sources are mostly white meat (which i know is the cleanest form of protein)... the thing is, on days that I do a lot of cardio, i can eat chicken and fish all night with a bunch of veggies and i'll still be hungry... the thing is, i don't eat much carbs or sugar (even in fruit) unless it is prior to my cardio/workout, because i feel as if i look fatter... but i do eat like 6-7 servings of red meat a week.... is this bad??

+Spiderman Thanks for writing in. Here at Labrada we recommend diets that contain carbs each meal. So right off the bat we have some differences in nutritional choices, but this is not to mean one method is more right then another. Having red meat everyday of the week is not something we typically recommend, in our Lean Body Trainer we recommend red meat 1 or 3 times a week for most people. All in all though, if you feel great, sleep well, and have a lot of energy eating red meat, then the choice truly is yours. There are far worse choices in life (ex. Smoking, drinking alcohol) then consuming extra lean red meat 5-6 times a week. Hope this helps answer your question, all the best.

Lee, I have a litre of water about 15 minutes before my cardio workout.Do you think it will hinder my weight loss in the long run or is it OK?

+Shane McMohan Drinking water will never hinder weight loss. We recommend most men to consume at least 1 gallon (3.7 liters) of water per day. All the best.

TeddybearOT Broham thanks for the question however a better question may be, what meals do you enjoy eating cold? Every meal can be consumed without heating it up, now when it comes to nutrition we highly recommend focusing on whole foods, and extra lean meats. Potatoes, Rice, Chicken, Turkey, and lots of green veggies are just a few great choices you can precook and have cold. Hope this helps answer your question, all the best.

I don't enjoy eating meals cold but I will to reach my goals. It's only my 2 meals out of the day that will be consumed cold. Thanks for advice Lee!

Hey Rocky, thanks for the question we would recommend around 0.8 oz X your body-weight drank evenly throughout the day would be ideal. For a 200 pound person this mean 160 ounces of water a day. Thanks for the question, all the best.
