+Labrada Nutrition There isn't any stores that sell your products in my area, and as a broke college kid I don't believe I would have enough money to get it after I buy all my chicken.
+Eli Tucker Well possibly in the future, when you have some income you can try a Labrada Nutrition produce. Wish you all the best with your training. By the way, a good whey protein usually costs less then actual chick breast. So check it out, you may actually save some money if you incorporate a whey shake into your daily protein requirements.
Hi Lee It's G from Toronto. I'm down 50lbs now since Feb this year.I would like to thank you and your videos for ideas and motivation. This past summer was tough on me with all the bbq i had . My goal is another 50lbs to loose by next spring. I eat better now and work out 5 days a week. Its a change of life style. Thanks
Steve, its so great to hear from you this morning. Thank you for sharing your successes. I heard it's beautiful up in TO right now with the leaves changing colors. Keep up all the hard work, you are you're own hero! All the best.
Awesome lee those pattys also with fish have low trace amounts of creatine i dont eat alot of red meat but its good for about once a week or so makes a good full feeling
All of these meals are not expensive meals either. In fact they're probably cheaper than regular meals due to portion sizing. He's still got a full plate of food and getting his good fats, protein and complex carbs in. THIS is why Lee Lebrada still looks like a champion.
Great video. Lots of good, solid practical advice about how to win the "Kitchen Wars".LOL. Keep up the good work. Will check out the Labrada website in a few...
That is tricky. It comes down to your own show prep. This would need to be done on a case by case basis as everyone is unique. Thanks for the question.
So I guess the almond butter is just convenient to use as a spread on the rice cakes, but one could also simply have the raw almonds/cashews right? Man, Lee is in great shape and I feel he is eating as if his life depended on him dropping 30 pounds asap. The size of the chicken breast and one cup rice browe rice make me realize I eat way way too much. These videos are great!
Thanks for the the tips in how to follow a healthy diet along with showing us what you eat in a regular basics Lee, very helpful video Sr. I only have one question: When you say; -" I would stay away from peanut butter", what did you really mean by saying it? Once again, thanks for the Content and merry Christmas for you and your family Lee, God bless 🙏.
Not sure if Lee still checks these videos, however maybe some other can weigh in. Lee said he would recommend staying away from peanut butter. I sometimes buy from my local Kroger, the Kroger brand peanut butter with just two ingredients: peanuts and salt. Would this peanut butter be considered "unhealthy" if used in moderation? Almond butter is great, however very expensive.
Alright, thanks Lee. Very nice to see that you're answering so quick and thorough! By the way, I'd really like to see some more training videos with you.
Hey Amyioo, at the Labrada house hold we buy our meat from several different locations. We try and buy the best quality meats we can. Costco has a great selection of meats for a decent price. Thank you for the question. All the best with your own fitness goals.
amyiooo Hope you are enjoying the book. After you get done reading it, the 12 week Lean Body program will be a breeze. All the best with your fitness and nutrition goals.
lee, so you use the coffee bean extract, the fat burner, the raspberry ketones, fish oil, vitamins, ursolic acid? how do you fit it all in and when do you take them all? one shot or spread out? an answer or video would be so greatly appreciated, thanks so much Lee
quick honest question to Lee. if you were a customer, not a founder of Labrada nutrition, which one would you choose between Leanbody and Leanpro8? im looking forward your REAL HONEST answer :) im asking this tough question because im struggling to choose only one between them
Hey Big E, for the majority of people we can treat all nuts the same with regards to the fat content. Now nut fats will differ from olive oil, and coconut oil, while all three could be considered healthy fats depending on the amounts you eat and the other foods you eat along with them. Fats in general are extremely nutrient dense, so be mindful of how much of eat fat type you use in your meals. For example, 12-15 individual nuts could provide up to 20 grams of fat. At the end of the day, we recommend sticking with naturally occurring foods, if you like nuts for your fats go ahead, just be mindful of the amounts. Thanks for the question, all the best.
i know you take a bunch of vitamins as well as supplements and amino acids (D,C, multi, glucosamine, arginine, glutamine, creatine) just wondering how you fit all those in as well? i feel like if i take all the vitamins in one shot for example at the same time that a lot may get wasted? a response or video would be greatly appreciated, thanks so much Lee
Jason Woodbury there is nothing wrong with an all natural nut butter of any sort, in terms of the nutritional health qualities they bring. The side of caution when it comes to nut butters is their fat content. Nuts are extremely calorie dense, with very high percentage coming from mono and poly unsaturated fats. With that said, we caution the use of nut butters as it's very easy to over consume them resulting in a diet higher in fat then we would like. Our Lean Body Trainer recommends around 20% fat per day. Hope this helps answer your question, all the best.
Hey Roberto, we recommend 0.8 - 1.0 grams of protein per ideal body pound per day. From there you can divide this by the number of meals you ideally want to consume in a day. So if you want to be 200lbs, that's 200 grams of protein per day. An 8 oz chicken or turkey breast will have around 50 grams of good quality protein. Hope this helps you with your fitness goals, wish you all the best.
Hi Lee. I just got into BB. I work out intensely three times a week and now going to increase to four n then five. I eat six meals a day n intake about 100 grams of protein. I'm a vegetarian n do not eat fish eggs etc. I take multivitamins n stuff. Also after workout I take protein with creating monohydrate. I eat milk cereal in the morning but from reading the notes it seems like it is useless. Do you have or can you suggest any good high protein vegetarian diet. Thank you.
Hi Chinmay, Here is a great site that outlines 10 high protein vegetarian food groups that would be great to include in your daily meal plan. www.cookinglight.com/food/vegetarian/protein-for-vegetarians. If your goal is to build muscle, we would recommend 1 gram of protein per body pound - per day. With that said 100 grams is a great start, try adding in a few of the foods outlined in the link above. All the best!
+Mark Iapaluccio Here is an article from the man himself, all about supplements and his current regiment. Hope you enjoy, all the best - www.bodybuilding.com/fun/hunter-labrada-guide-to-post-workout-nutrition-supplementation.html?searchterm=hunter
Hey Tom, the choices is yours. Many customers take several products together, while others take them separate, it's all a matter of choice. Every single Labrada supplement is safe to consume together. So you can customize to your needs and wants. Hope this helps, all the best with your fitness goals.
i don't know how do you do guys to eat such a small meals, i just can't do that, i have to eat at least 200 grs of complex fiber carbs so that way i can stay full. the other stuff is fine, protein and complex carbs. thats the only way i can eat the right amount of protein and complex carbs in each meal. 200 grs at lunch and at night. every day
thank you so much for this video lee i would like to ask you about yoghort wich one is good we have here in algeria we have a traditional yoghort without sugar ,an other thing i do not know if you know the french cheese called camemberti love this cheese iwould like to know if it is good or not thank you somuch for this videos
AYOUB BOUSS great questions. When it comes to yogurt 0 sugar or as low sugar as you can get will be the best choice. When it comes to any type of cheese we would ideally like the fat to be less then 30% of the total calories. Hope this helps, with you all the best.
Better and healthier to have a body like that than look like a balloon Do serious BB eat cereal because I never see it? I eat cereal, wheat germ and raisins with almond milk
