We started this channel to bring people into our lives so we can answer some questions about how we navigate the world. We’ll show you behind-the-scenes stuff people typically don't see, and hopefully raise awareness surrounding accessibility and dating in a wheelchair. You'll quickly see in our episodes that we're all about positivity, inclusion, and keeping a great attitude no matter your circumstances, so if that's what you're into, you're in the right place!

I enjoy watching the two of you were reminds me of my husband and I when we started dating 28 years ago. He was a paraplegic And I am now a retired SCI nurse of 31 years at the VA system. He passed December 12/ 17th of brain cancer. 😢 I must say we had 23 years of a beautiful marriage.

This is 100% true!Years ago I had a friend named Sandy,who was blind.She came to stay with us for the summer,and after the first month my mom forgot about her being blind,and would say things like"Sandy come look at this girl!.....I would cringe inside,and I apologized profusely.But Sandy told me"I am not offended at all,I love it when your mom forgets about me being blind".She told me being blind is just her disability,but it is not the only thing she wants people to think about when they think about her.I never forgot that.

Interestingly enough, I watched your video titled how you met each other. You had mentioned being with Charisma was easy because you didn't have to answer questions about your injury, Cole. I'm hooked, can't stop watching you too and enjoying your conversations, activities, realizing both of your wonderful personalities. It was never really because of Cole's disability. I don't think people get hooked because of your injury, out of curiosity. People become your fans, your admirers because of your personalities. I don't think or see Cole as disabled nor do I see Charisma as his caregiver. I see them as normal, wonderful young people. There's love between them.

Eleise Arboine Wife??? They are only 9 months into this relationship. (They seem to BOTH have been in previous relationships. So BOTH had good intentions before in past relationships.) Shouldn't they take time to REALLY get to KNOW EACH OTHER. Marriage is a MOST IMPORTANT STEP; as is being a 24/7 Caregiver. Best to make sure that JEALOUSY and RESENTMENTS won't rear their ugly heads in THE near future. I know loved ones WHO are Caregivers and have heard from them of the MAJOR STRESS and "putting one's OWN life on a back burner that are necesssry as 24/7 Caregivers. (And these people were MOTHERS, significant OTHERS and spouses.) BETTER to be safe than sorry. Take time to KNOW each other better. "Fools rush in where angels fear to tread" as the saying goes. 🐦🐦🐦 JS Caregiving is a MOST stressful job which is taxing on the loved one and the 24/7 caregiver.

I wholeheartedly agree with Cole’s response to the question at 5:44 . I was born with Cerebral Palsy, and I really don’t like when people assume what I can’t do. That’s why I talk openly and honestly about my special need and the challenges I face because so people just don’t know.

A beautiful couple inside out!💙💙 The sweetest, purest love and care. I commented here because I feel pressed to share about a RU-vid channel I ran across over 3 years ago. It's called iEmmanueltv or SCOAN. I've watched faithfully since and people are healed. Though I believed in Christ and the Bible, I initially thought it was strange and suspect because of the rarity of healings in the U.S. No scam. I mean people who were death, blind, dying, hopeless, and those unable to walk. I wish I knew which segment that I witnessed the wheelchair bound person walking. This is small in comparison but, even I was healed of a reoccurring, uncomfortable, large lump underneath my tongue a few months back. I planned on going to a doctor. While praying along with P. TB Joshua, it burst! It was shocking! It still hasn't come back. Not a trace. No stretched piece of skin. The crazy thing is I was praying with a totally different concern in mind. You just never know what can happen!

My father had polio as a child. He was THE most awesome dad on the planet. Compared to my uncles, he was the champ. He was by definition a quadraplegic but in my eyes there wasn't anything important he couldn't do.

@Brit Knee i guess he was a typical white boy from an all-white family who wouldn't marry out of his race.But after the accident his taste changed bcz his options(of dating) were less,he felt charisma can be his gf so he went ahead.He loves and respects her,no doubt about that but had he not become quadriplegic,he would hv nvr dated a non white girl for sure! I think the accident changed him and his family for the good and made them more inclusive,accepting and open minded?

I am with someone who is in a wheelchair( We have been dating a year) and just by watching I am hopeful and I am grateful for the unknown and I have also had to adapt to this( Dating has had it's up and down's) no couple if perfect......
