Hello Everyone! I really liked sharing with you all what I was reading as I am reading it. So, today I share the 4 books that I am currently reading. Four very different types of books, but all of them are so worth my time. I hope that I can add them to your TBR. So, let’s get started.

@@InkandPaperBlog Dear Russell, being a dog owner, you become humble with regard to the weather, but it's not too bad, spring with its daring daffodils and crocusses is on our doorsteps. In the meantime, the best book (in over 6 weeks or so!) I have just finished reading is: 'Hard on a Great Forest' by a young writer from Georgia (not USA, but Caucasus:-)). I can only put my heart and soul into hoping that it will get a big, appreciative readership! A good reading week for you! Looking 4ward to your next video.

Hi Russ! That Dolly book sounds interesting! I’m reading multiples right now… The Warmth of Other Suns by Isabel Wilkerson, on audio I’m listening to One Wrong Word - a thriller that’s not too thrilling so far , and also reading Chain Gang All Stars which is a real page turner and has soooo much prison theory and philosophy to consider in it ! So engaging! I have a huge shelf of maybe 85 books that I want to get to this year so I’ll have to try and avoid more audiobooks.

Love both of Wilkerson’s books. Amazing! I adored Chain Gang and am so glad you are liking it as well. I try to check out the audio from the library and listen while I read. Love it! Happy Reading.

You know, I read a lot of Nigerian fiction. A lot of fantasy for sure, but also fiction. Nigeria has amazing talent and I am lucky to be able to read so many great books.

I am a one at a time reader, but I understand your theory. I feel like I don't make any headway when I try to read more than one. I do try to switch genres from book to book. Just finished a re-read (Anne of Avonlea) and am now reading another Murderbot (Network Effect). That must have neen some crazy wind you had!

I 100% support your one book at a time reading. That was me for so long. Dan & I are picking up the second murderbot soon. The wind has been next level. The trees bend and almost touch the ground.

Hello Russell..I have been a long time viewer of your channel but have never commented before. I have gone back and forth with reading multiple books and I would like to be able to read multiples but I feel like it slows me down by taking me out of one book and throwing me into another. I know reading isn’t a race but I have soooo many books on my TBR that I don’t want my reading to slow down any more than it already is. When you switched up your reading did it feel like reading more than one book was a skill that you became better at with time and practice? I really want to try to be better at reading more than one physical book at once (I have already mastered one physical and one audio). I guess I won’t know how my brain handles it unless I try. Thank you for your videos… I appreciate the variety of the genres you cover.

Hi! Thank you so much for watching. So when I switched it took me a few months to get it into a process that worked. For a bit I thought I had made a mistake. But i stuck with it. And i also made the rule to force myself in the beginning to only stop at chapters. I would recommend not putting rules on yourself. Just let it flow and come naturally. Good luck.
