I usually have two Mallard hens The Drake Mallard and the six in one. I use two mallard hens that are similar that I’m used to blowing but can switch off because we freeze up, up here in Idaho. Also don’t like to have so many calls on my lanyard that they’re banging together. Thanks Stone you’re awesome.
All excellent calls, I’d love to see some diver calls from DC in the future. When I first started hunting, all I had were DC calls. I live up in northern Minnesota and I see more ringnecks, Bluebills, Buffies, lawn darts(mergansers), woodies and honkers than mallards. Everybody and there mother up here strictly use mallard hen calls. The divers catch on quick and will flare when they hear that hen call. I was taught to Brrr or purr into the hen call for divers and of course I always hear other hunters talking crap about me like “What is that dumbass doing” or “that’s the worst feed chuckle I’ve ever heard”. Typically if I see a flock working someone’s spread, I’ll stay quiet while the group just hammers in their calls. I’ll purr when they give up calling and walllahh, that flock commits to my spread even with my “horrible” calling, I love it anywho. I have a couple other brands of calls like zinc and DLC. I use the DC 1970’something double reed call specifically for divers. It’s the ONLY call that does not stick, even in the cold temps. It doesn’t sound exactly like a diver but I’m confident that you guys could dial it in, I’d buy and use them religiously.
thanks for the awesome video Jay…I own one of those lanyards and I don’t see Phils big face on it anywhere to save my life…is it just the camo Phil likes or ??? Thanks again!

U need some #UNASHAMED and Jesús. Envy and green aren't your color. Nor is anyone making you watch but you. More than one video of theirs with comments. Jealousy also isn't a becoming sin you wear well.
