When I was younger I was really craving a red slushy, which was unlike me cause I always liked blue. I thought really hard about asking my mom for one, but in the end decided not to since I didn’t need it….my mom came home with red slushies for everyone and apologized to me for not getting blue…..lol
My grandparents installed a shed in their backyard. It's in the middle of a large, fenced area, far from any boundary. Well, about a year after installing the shed, granny looks out the back door to see a hammer laying on the shed porch. The thing was so rusted and weathered, it had been there for a while. No reasonable explanation about how it got there.
I usually wake up several time during the night to turn from my right side and vice versa. Sometimes to use the restroom. One night I slept the straight 8 hours without waking once. My bed was dry and my back & sides were pain free. It’s never happened again!
In the military I had third degree burns on my upper right arm. They rushed me to the Burn/Trauma unit at the big military hospital. It was a busy place that night-lots of accidents. An attractive female corpsman took me over in the corner and worked on me for 90 minutes before she dressed my wound and told me to come back in 48 hours. Two days later I went back and asked if I could get the same female corpsman. He told me that they didn't have any female corpsmen and said that my record indicated that Corpsman Smith (a man) had worked on me. He then called Smith over, who looked at my record and said "That's my signature, but I've never seen him before." Smith ended up changing my dressing.
In regard to the story about the vanishing Doctor, I wonder if OP asked the replacement doctor about their previous visit? Like OP could've said something like what did we talk about in our previous appointment or something like that. That is a pretty strange story though
Recently I went to see a showing of Spiderman Across The Spiderverse with an orchestra playing. I had to get the train. Whilst I was waiting on the platform the train on the opposite side had a sign on the side to commemorative the Chairman Of National Rail. His name was Peter Parker.
