What's the Weather Like in Los Angeles Year Round? 

My pleasure, it's been pretty cold these days

Oh my yes I like Ventua County during the warm days (March to November) it's like 8 degrees warmer in the valley or more that's huge that's like the difference between Germany and the South of franr

To me cold gloomy weather is good weather, hot sunny weather is bad weather for me

Compared to other places in the US and even abroad, it has the best weather :/

Yes oh no… in March it can sometimes drop all the way down to a bone chilling 67 degrees… That’s when it comes in handy to have down jackets & wool socks. Brrrrrrr 🥶

Yes as you probably noticed it's quite warm in October 90 degree beginning o the month and around 80 at the end of that month

The winter is our rainy season and the average rainfall over the past ten years in is January is 2.86 inches, according to the LA Almanac. It really can depend, some years we have a lot of rain, others very little, like this past January, we only had 0.09 inches! Technically we're in drought conditions. I would say yes and it's tough, February is probably off-peak so travel and accomodations will probably be cheaper but the weather probably won't be what you are wanting to experience, and with day light savings, the daylight hours are shorter. If you are flexible, try coming in the fall, like late August through September. It's still plenty warm, sun stays out longer, and you won't have any of the winter doldrums.

I can attest to that. My dad is from Los Angeles California, but he raised me here in North Carolina. And I went as late as march, expecting it to be shorts and t shirt weather, good thing my grandma advised us to bring sweaters. We drove to Laughlin Nevada and that week was decent there as it was late march beginning of April. But we all from the east coast believe California is hot year round because of the palms advertised and people from there coming here, saying that California is hot year round. It's true, after a few years here, no matter where we came from, we all become wimps out here!

Oh yes it nice the general rule of thumb is April to November its warm 75+ degrees on average. December it's warm for a week th rest Is these crisp sunny winter days feels like 60-65 degrees. January gets one week of warm weather 75+ and February 1 1/2 week and March 2 weeks. Even those baby cold days are easy to handle cause every 2 weeks there is guaranteed 3-4 days of warm weather during the cold time of the year. And of course the sun beats down on you so even 55 degrees will feel warm after smoking a cigarette for 5 minutes in the sun

There is a price to pay for a fun fall. For the short lived treat of a colorful cozy fall, we get a cold, wet, dark, icey road conditions, and winter bugs, like the carnivorous winter mosquito, who has adapted to the colder climate conditions by becoming larger and almost invisible, also requiring 3x the amount of human blood needed to sustain itself.
