You guys are great. Ordered a Size M SBD belt, threw out the packaging, and it didn’t fit right… They still swapped me out for an L. I’m only ordering from you guys from now on. Thank you.
We do have a video for washing your knee sleeves (this would be the same as elbow sleeves and such) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZrVGPlA8CoQ.html We will look into doing on for Notorious Lifts.
Great video, I pull sumo, I don't really have a wide stance squatting. Which would be better for that and general gym use , I mean I wouldn't walk long distances with them just to know the most well rounded one for those 3 things, may be the 2.5?
The 2.5s are likely a good option, if we have the size you need. That said the sumo sole gen 1 or 2 are going to be good for everything and the sole won't wear down as quickly as the 2.5s.
Awesome video, I do have a general question about sizing in hopes you can help! I have wide feet and, according to sizing chart, I’d have a 44/45 with 26/27cm foot length, width is 10-11cm. Is there any chance you can measure or share your thought about what sizing people with wide feet should go, especially on the Sumo Sole Geb 1. The general rule „size up“ is just super inaccurate. Thanks in advance!
I have a very wide foot too and I went with my standard size in the Sumo Sole Gen 2. The gen 1 upper is even more stretchy so you should be okay with going with your foot size. That said if you are between 44/45 then I'd go to the 45 just to be safe for the width.
I usually do conventional, but want to do both conventional and sumo. I wonder if the notorious lift is more well rounded and could be used for sumo as well?
Hello. The first shoe you talked about is Notorious Lifters Gen 2? They are for conventional deadlifters and squats? I am a conventional puller just making sure as I am on your website right now and thinking of making a purchase. Thanks.
They have a soft sole which means they will wear down more quickly if they are being used for purposes other than lifting. So if you need them for sumo with max grip then I'd be cautious.
I would go with either the Lifters or if you have an extremely wide stance squat, where you feel your feet are in danger of slipping, go with a sumo sole.
hello, some people are saying the size chart is off i don't know what size should i order, may be you can help with that from your experience i am usually 41 / 42 with 26,4 cm in most shoes this corresponds to 7.5 UK and 8.5 US but if i follow the notorious size chart its telling me i should get 10 US !!!!
I would not recommend using the Gen 2.5s as they have a pretty soft sole which wears more quickly. The Sumo Soles are very grippy and may cause you to trip as well.
As someone who deadlifts conventional but squats medium to wide stance, would you recommend I go for the notorious lifters for the allrounder or the sumo sole gen 1/2s for the grip?
Sometimes I pull conventional, I only have a pair of Sumo Sole Gen 2 which I use for both sumo and conventional. The Notorious Lifters Gen 2 would be the most common for conventional.
So I just recently starting doing smith machine squats with a wide stance, sumo squats (getting back into deadlifting), and benching (twice a week) - I do other workouts as well for my own athletic gains and not for competition or anything. I do either stairs or paced cardio at the end of each workout sesh. which shoes do you recommend? I was thinking either the notorious lifters or sumo gens. They got different types now on the website apparently but wanted to get your opinion. Thanks!
I wouldn't recommend Notorious for cardio, simply because they are a specialized shoe with a fairly soft sole (to improve grip), so wearing them for cardio will likely wear them down quicker. That said I think you'd be find in either the Lifters of a Sumo Sole, but the sumo sole might provide longer life since it has a slightly thicker sole.
@@InnerStrengthProducts appreciate it! I’m thinking of bringing my cardio shoes separately and use it when I’m done with my workouts. I was leaning towards the sumo gens because I want the grip and be “stuck” to the ground when doing squats, benching, and deadlifting.
If you pull sumo I would always recommend a Sumo Sole for the grip. You'll just need to get used to walking out with the extra grippy sole for squats I think.
I would recommend just hand washing in a sink if necessary, you could likely put them in a garment bag in the machine as well but they might be damaged depending on the machine.
