@@sananton2821 Jesus has blessed me in many ways but I'm not sure if he gave me the book Smarts. He is the real blessing. I ain't good at schooling or none of that but I seek God. He bigger than all this anyway. God bless friend
I love the content, but the pacing of these podcasts stress me out. If anyone else is like me, changing the play speed to 1.25 has helped me be able to listen to this while I work.
I don't agree with the comment on the mental aspect of it! Testosterone is evidently proven to increase/ better: you mood, focus, will power, aggression... All these "things" influence SO MUCH that it's enough relevant, to the task at hand!
Well, peptides specific is TB500. If youre gonna do steroids, start with test only because you shouldnt start stacking unless you know how each drug effects you individually. If you start with test, mast, and npp and have problems how do you know which drug is giving you issues?
Ppl take anabolic steroids bc they're fools who don't understand how the human body and physiology actually works. Their mental weakness then translated into listening to ''coaches" who don't give a damn about ruining their lives just as long as they can get some fast PT scores out of them and slap that on some marketing materials. This is an open challenge to yourself and anyone else to actually PROVE with facts your opinion in this video regarding how steroids can improve people/athelete's. I know you won't take me up on this challenge but I will leave on here regardless so I can point to it later and say "I told you so". Cheers!
People take steriods because they want to win. You cant deadlift heavy 3x a week without steriods as intermediate. People who take steriods understand I have to take this to be a champion.
People also thought that Troy was made up until it was discovered. It's very likely that a man named Hercules who was a beast did exist, but the stories are obviously embellished with many fictional elements.
But they cheated. Period. And if we would live in a world without those drugs, these things would happen: 1) fair competition for everyone - we really would know who's the strongest, and not the one who takes the biggest risk of dying. 2) Young people's dreams would not get busted so easy, kind of being forced into taking enhancers as well. Because at one point, they realize they will never look like the drug taking moron on TV or Instagram. 3) Strength sports would become something serious. Not like it is these days, when most people instantly think you're a stupid bum. And if you check those drug kids on social media, I have to admit: they are right. So, instead of defending cheating guys, better fight that stuff. And if you say you cannot fight it, people do it anyway, then you just discovered the big problem here.
More so if you're a novice and start lifting heavy right away, because gear will increase strength dramatically and your ligaments haven't gotten accustomed to weight yet.
That's why Louie Simmons incorporated "ligament training" into his program for his guys. I have no idea how it works or what it consists of, but he certainly seemed to believe in it.
Lmao Heracles and Leonidas? A completely fictional character and a king most famous for brutally losing a battle? Did he just watch the movie or something and decide the historical Leonidas was actually super jacked?
