Absolutely! The narc back in my life, used to treat me shit like when they got bored. Started to devalue n discarded me time n time. Later when I discarded that narcissist, he bounced back n started showing up in my workplace and blowing up my phone. Saying he loves me n never wanna lose me! Can't live without me n stuff. Like hell, I realised my worth finally n discarded him permanently from my life. He can go to hell where that bird belongs!

What you said was the absolute truth! My narc is trying to come back and I’ve been doing good without him and he told me the same thing. I prayed and fasted my way out that toxic friendship and gave it to God. I had to end that friendship to elevate‼️💯

Tested and proven… left his primary, made me the primary then went back to the ex… this is when God revealed to me who he was! After all that and continuous effort to keep me as back burner the other day he says “ you will get my time, and u will get my body again when I’M READY, not when now” . I don’t want him or his body but total no contact is impossible because we are co workers. He told me “ you are always gone be in my life, I can’t let u go… we soul tied”.
