There's nothing more frustrating than peeking and preaiming at headshot level only to be instakilled by a crouched enemy XD Great advice and gratz for getting a sponsor
Props to giving more insightful advices not just "Always keep the crosshair at head level" bullshit. Keep it going with the more detailed basic/advanced tips like that, you got a viewer here.
Fax, I hate when people say crosshair placement is just keeping your crosshair at head level, that's just a factor of it, there's so many different things to crosshair placement e.g: pre aiming, angle holding, crosshair discipline, angle advantage, angle alignment and so much more
Man , i watch you to see if u r teaching the right things, man ur telling the exact things that should be thought ... u r doing actually the best thing
adjusting your crosshair placement vs pistols/awps/rifles whether you are holding an angle or peeking goes a long way, like besides the gamesense in clutches and how to play out rounds, the biggest difference between mge and global imo is just that, knowing where to place your crosshair vs all kinds of buys and knowing how to read how the enemy will play out the round. aiming is actually very overrated when you just understand crosshair placement and your positioning.
I don't understand how you only have 5k subs, excellent video production and tips, very well articulated and the perfect info for beginner/intermediate level. Great stuff man
Valorant player picking up CS here and I love your content. The part about benis spamming people who nade you on Inferno actually is hella smart and I won't be afraid of nade stacks anymore.
i really hold myself from coommenting this on every video of yours so ill say it for the last time. YOUR VIDEOS ARE TOO GOOD MAN, all your tips and the use of your words are just perfect, i also wanna just hug your cat and take him home with me. your videos are absolutly perfect unlike my english and i just hoped everyone wouldve seen your videos or at least my teamates. im really thankfull for everything you do. you make me smile every day and you make me think and improve. REALLY THANK YOU ❤❤❤❤
Really informative mate. Been watching your videos a while now, and i really enjoy them. You have made me go from Faceit lvl 2 to almost 5 now, i know its low, but it is what it is when you're almost 30 ;) Nice to see that you've got a sponsor aswell!
+ cushioning placement should also be wider based on some technical parameters. If you have high lag (input, ping etc.) or lower monitor refresh/fps you need more cushion. We see pros on LANs placing very close to an angle not only because their pro-level reaction time but because of the very low lag in that environment.
Crosshair placement to keep multiple angles in view from a passive position. This helps with gather more info than placing the crosshair for just one angle.
Can you make a video of how to approach fights? For example how to peek in different situations, when to tap, when to burst, when to spray, how to approach eco vs full buy rounds etc.
hey wilson ! iduno if you covered this yet as i dont really watch your stuff ( not throwing shade, im just not into cs that much anymore ) BUT you can do a video that goes over memorizing head height margins for all angles ! you find this by placing bots at lowest margin and highest margin and you REMEMBER exactly where your crosshair lines up...believe it or not...maps have built in markers / indicators of head height, every where that you can memorize...this is MAINLY for when there is a actual " margin " for head height ! then you want to consciously remember them ! and then when you play / practice you choose consciously whether you want to aim at lowest margin or highest margin. lowest is always preffered in my opinion as ive found aim wise its less reliable to snap your aim down to an exact level...ive found this when teaching people and my own experience, also this is purely for non sniper weapons. for sniping you want to memorize the body height margins...this way again it gives you mental confidence of KNOWING where the hit box WILL / CAN BE ! and not " ill just trust my reaction and eye sight and build confidence through my subjective performance and success rate and think its just all about repetition " yea right...repetition at how many spots in how many maps...no sorry thats gona be so much longer..but this is not " fun " this is tedious and time consuming to actually set up the bots..but it totally works...ive trained people this way to memorize the exact head height...this way you dont ever consciously LOOK for the enemies head anymore..you just set it to the correct height then focus on centering your aim on the enemy instead and its the mental confidence that " removes doubt from your mind " because everyone bases their ability on their subjective performance...which they try to constantly live up to and replicate...this fixes that. when i use to play ide train this way minimally but get massive results, the kind of results where you look like a hacker lol and the people ive taught this and trained this with said it helped them heaps. anyway hope this helped.
I have 4k hours and watched this video a week ago. The tip about aiming a bit further out than you think when holding an angle has made me so much better at holding angles and instantly headshoting people
Thank you very much for the guide. This is definitely something new for a crosshair placement guide and not just repeating the "always place your crosshair at head level" every single time with variations. With that being said, I would really appreciate if you make a guide about how to improve game sense. I'm tired of hearing people say "just watch how the pros play dude", it's not quite something you can do to improve because you NEED game sense to understand the pros' decisions and then further expand your game sense, it builds you walls and roof, concrete your knowledge but it does not creates you the foundation
man your videos are a blessing, so glad I found ur channel, I can already see a lotta potential and honestly the way u structure ur videos is so nice, especially those little bookmarks at the bottom. underrated channel ngl
Hi Wilson, just wanted to thank you for the training/advice videos. They help my squad out a lot and are wayy better than other similar vids on YT. I have a feeling we'll make it out of this hellhole called silver with them :)
Have 2 amazing examples on twitch clips of why to have ur cosshair further than at 3:18 or the shift walking, ESPECIALLY if you are new like me or don't have either amazing reaction time(or due to lack of sleep) or don't have 99% accuracy with ur mouse.
A little hint, like in driving school, they say that human have 1 sec for act after a reaction... So it's a 1 second reaction. You can calculate the time that you will react by putting your crossair in the right position for your reaction time
well you just get the feel of when you reset from the last peek and are able to peek the next angle, at least thats how it is for me, like i know that if i were to peek now i would be kinda confused, i dont know of a better way to describe this feeling, but ur definitely right
idk if uve heard this before but u look just like that one guy on youtube that knows all those very obscure languages and orders food in their native language LOL but your vids are also super helpful thank you for another great upload
@@WilsonCS2 lmao yes sry i was rly stoned when i typed that but looking back at this i looked him up but yea i think hes done vids like that too its Xiaomanyc 小马在纽约 idk i used to watch his yt shorts at work lmfao
Good video but there is one thing missing that I don't ever see anyone mention. When you physically have a slow reaction time (even when trained), how do you hold angles? If your crosshair is wide enough for you to react, an enemy with better reflexes will shoot you before they reach your crosshair. However, if you place your crosshair closer to counter that, you're unable to react and having to flick. While it is possible to play around this, there are definitely times where you can't avoid a situation where you have to hold an angle that enemy swings from. What do you do other than pray that the enemy misses his first shot and you kill him?
