Let's say as a software developer someone wants to build their own product. Assuming it's in the building phase & it can't generate any sell/profit right away. But, we want to show it as the professional work of that developer since he/she will be working full time In this case, is the sole proprietorship useful? Also what are the requirements here? Sole proprietorship, registration ke baad kya show karte hain govt ko .Or gst kitne ke baad shuru hota hai or kya legal cheese hain jo humko karni hoti hai. Or kya kuch aesa hai jo show na karein toh legal formalities hoti hain. Kitna loan ispe mil sakta hai ?? .....etc

thanks Rajajay.... 1) you have to charge GST on bill raise to client if you have registered in GST and 2) Vendor will raise invoice to u with GST (if they are registered in GST) and accordingly u have to pay them with full amount including GST 3) TDS applicable is based on Tax audit of your Firm, if your Firm was having Tax Audit in last year ITR then u have to cut TDS on vendor payments ONLY those on which TDS is APPLICABLE not for every vendor.. so list if very huge..

yes, if total income exceeds Rs 2.5 lakh yearly and Turnover of Sole proprietorship business exceeds Rs 40lakh (in case of goods/products) and for service indsutry , gst limit is Rs 20lakh yearly.. then u have to take GST registration..
