Hey , your videos have really helped me I have been through round 1 and 2 and tomorrow is my third interview the questions were spot on except they asked tell a time you were asked to do something unexpected from a guest but it was fairly simply to answer

Hey Ben! Hope all is well. I actually just now had my second phase interview and it was in a store in Los Angeles and I though it was going to be a one on one as you mentioned but it was actually another group interview. It was a different people leader I think and they asked similar questions to the phase 1. But some questions that weren’t mentioned here was… 1. Tell me about a time when you had to make a decision with insufficient information. 2. Give me a time when you had a can do moment. The second question was phrased differently but from what I remember it’s what did you do that made you go like oh I can do it type of attitude. Other than that Ben thank you for all your advice. I got through the first phase and I think I did well in this phase as well with the prep that you gave.

I had my interview today at Apple they were two managers and it everything really went accordingly to this video. My interview was for 8:30am, in Qc, 🇨🇦 ) Plus, I arrived 15 minutes earlier to the interview. It might be retail, but it’s a dream come true to say I’ll be working for Apple. I didn’t think my interviews went that well, but I remembered your tips. @@karensanpedro9835 Hey Karen, I had the final interview on a Monday, and they called me the following Sunday. Since it was the Fourth of July week, I'm not sure if that delayed their response. However, before receiving the call, I was sent an email to fill out my employment profile. Best of luck to you 🤗

So update, I went through the process twice but they switched up the questions a bit. They asked tell about a time you received the best customer service . Tell about a time you had an I can do attitude and some others but I forgot unfortunately. All pretty similar behavioral questions. Being relatable has helped the most. Also only went through two interviews and didn’t have to do an in person interview to get hired. Last time I went through four internet, I guess it just depends. Goodluck.

I think the really chanllanging questions the store leader asked me about is what are something that I dislike about the job I have worked, and I said sometimes the pace is very different, cutsomers come in all at once.

⚠️friend of mine Applied for a Manager Role, interviewed with an Apple recruiter to sway her to a lesser role. When asked about the role.. the role has been fulfilled and says you gotta start from somewhere. Why waste her time. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone out there. Don’t be swindled and know your worth.

Did the pre screening, went thorough phase 1, 2, and 3. Based on his language I could’ve sworn I would have gotten the job. Still told me no. Prepared the best I could. I applied again with and without a referral. I currently work in hell this is horrible.

Dropped in to say how valuable your Apple videos have been. All of the information is still incredibly relevant. I was asked the same questions talked about. I answered every question covered in your in the videos to myself. I thought about them over and over again. Made sure those answers and topics were engrained in my subconscious. When I was finally asked during each interview I was so confident with each answer. I was able to elaborate and answer follow up questions, too. Because of all of the preparation, I was offered a position at Apple just this weekend. I truly appreciate your videos, man. Thank you 🙌🏽

Hey Ben! Actually prepping for my Phase 2 interview now. Unlike others, it seems my journey has been different. I had my initial phone call for the marketplace of my state, then Phase 1 was a group interview. Phase 2 starts in an hour, and this will also be another group interview with 4 other people. I still don't know what store I am interviewing for, its between 3 right now. I haven't seen anybody else run into this process, maybe its for the state I'm in. But I am going to finish this video and go back over your group interview video to prep. If anybody else sees this and has had a similar experience let me know! 1 group stage was bad enough, this 2nd one is making me very nervous. Wish me luck and thank you for always helping me ace my interviews!!~

So I had my phase 1 virtual group interview sept 1st, she said that because it was a holiday break that weekend. She still had to discuss with the hiring managers the following week and will send us email with direction for the next steps. It will be a phone call with the store manager whether it is a NO, you’re not ready yet or a YES and to confirm in-store interview. It is a waiting game right now and I’m getting extremely worried/anxious because I have not gotten an email yet. 😩😩

@@BenTalksTalent just got back from meeting with the market leader. It was a nice 20 minute interview/discussion. He was really nice and I got to ask him questions in the end. I asked him if this was a permanent position or seasonal. He said that’s a good question and that he will have a discussion with the other leaders/hiring managers. Then they’ll send an email with more details/information for me. Does that mean I got the job???

Here I am after a long process to say thank you Ben your videos have helped me so much and I was able to prepare and excel in both of my group interviews. I was asked all of these questions with a few worded differently and my advice to anyone reading this is to not panic, be yourself, and don’t over prepare. I over prepared the first time and sounded scripted, and unauthentic and they didn’t give me the job. I applied again and focused more on being my original self and they seemed to like that a lot. for time frames I applied June 20th and was invited for my phase 1 online group interview on July 10th. On the 12th I got word that I made it phase 2 which was another online group interview this time with the store leader which was held on the 15th, 30 min after the interview I an email asking for my availability and to submit a form. Then today July 19th, 2024 I received my verbal offer as well as a link to submit my background check information. Next step for me is just to await for my written offer. With all that said Thanks a lot Ben your videos were extremely helpful and BIG SHOUTOUT to everyone in the comments who shared advice and their experiences!! I hope everyone else lands the job as well!! Good luck!!

@@AiyshaIlyas you should receive a phone call 3-4+ days after your phase 2 interview. You most likely got the job, they would’ve let you know within the first 24 hours if you didn’t.

I had a 2nd interview today and the manager was not friendly at all. I was sent a turn down letter the same day. I am not happy. Can i ask for another 2nd interview? I was very nervous. This was a group interview. I kept the first question which was tell a little bit about yourself. I kept it under a minute I just told a couple of things about me. The other ones in the group spoke for like two and three minutes about themselves I don't know if they got hired.

I just received a follow-up email from an Apple Recruiter after the background check processes were completed saying that the store is fully staffed at the moment but they are very much interested in considering me for future opportunities that arise. Now what does that mean? If the store has been fully staffed from the very beginning why would I be or the other candidates be even called for in-store interviews in the first place? Has this ever happened to anyone else you talked with? It doesn’t seem fair to all the people who interviewed for the past several weeks to be honest & has put so much efforts into it.

So I just received a call from the people operations planner in that particular Apple store and was told I am indeed successful in progressing through all the stages. But unfortunately they wouldn’t be able to offer me a position at this moment since the finance department from that store has not given a green light as the store is fully staffed. So I suggested if I can be moved elsewhere across other stores where it is vacant currently & where they are ready to take people in now. To that, she told me she would pass this message along to the recruitment team. Thankfully, I am now at least content that I got a detailed explanation of the current situation rather than being ghosted out by yet another company. Companies ghosting out candidates is the number one most frustrating thing in the job hunting process. Believe me when I say I experienced this more often than not. But I really appreciate Apple not following that route.

@@ishmamchowdhury7134 i really like the clarity and transparency of apple hiring process. They are away from all kind of common practices and modern ways of ghositng candidates which is followed by most of companies. I am on my phase 2 round and waiting for the invite. I hope they dont fill the positions after interviewing me because the store opening is delayed till next year 2023 march.
