Thank You. I'm a year and 7 weeks post severe Pilon ankle Tibia, Fibula, and main ankle joint Break. Broke my ankle Easter day 2017. 1st sugery was April 24 for 2 plates and 13 screws, and second surgery August 30 remove small plate and 5 screws. I had a post op in May, Dr said I'm heading in right direction. Bone is growing in and around remaining hardware. Per my doctor the remaining hardware is permanent. I'm still upset about how I fell. That one decision has a life changing result. Thank you about your comments on what your new normal is. I'm still getting used to my "normal". Which includes starting to use stairs again, cringing Everytime I hit a large crack in the sidewalk, when I catch my foot on the lip of a stair, everyday walking and standing. Ice and elevation are still my best friends, as well as crutches on really bad days. I was actually thinking about going for a massage, does that help? Also got a new script for physical therapy, I feel like I need to go again. Do you still go how many years later? You are beautiful and strong and I can see your pain/frustrations in your video. Your hiding it very well. You are a hero to me, a savior to me, an angel of guidance. So I say, Thank You.

I recently had the surgery and I am going crazy been on bed I can't put any weight on it
