Been at KFC for 3 months and I feel the exact same like you do, don’t even teach me things then start death staring after I do a mistake

They didn’t provide the information I need, then the witch said you must be independent, yeah sure but employers must give you the start, they love gaslighting 😬

today same thing happened to me too mate. It was my 1st day in office after 10 days of online training. It is a website,seo,GLL selling job at a call centre. I took 5 hours call continuously(it is actually 8 hours of calling but I got barred because it was 1st day). it was getting exhausting for me. But then I felt guilty as I just maybe a worthless, incompetitive person.

Started a new one last week and it’s just sooo stressing and fucks with me too much and I feel guilty

@@Javi_quinty that was the same with me. I resigned after two weeks. I couldn’t stay in a job that made me so unhappy. Find something that makes you say you love your work

25 days working in my new job and my co workers are very helpful but I feel like the job is not for me and im struggling to keep up to the work.

for all my past layoffs. i just keep quiet. and thank them for their time. any issues i have i work it out with a friend or spouse. never know when i may need to go back to them.

I quit a new job after four days and went back to my old job. They welcomed me back with open arms. I knew based on how I was feeling I had to get out and fast.

@@tbc9096 I quit a job after 2.5 days, I was so stressed out and not sleeping due to the dread of coming to office. My old job/manager wanted me back, but only to cover his behind because when I left he can't find a replacement for me to do the difficult tasks for clients, that are still pending. I also told my close office mates that I'd rather go jobless than go back there. So to go back and work on that same company again means, swallowing my pride and all the s**t that I spewed being thrown back to my face. No can do, I'll just find another work in another industry, been thinking of being a fork lift operator or something, or grocery stocker...

How are you now? My current employer is training me for 3 weeks, but i'm finding that i don't like to stay longer, I dread Mondays, but fingers crossed that they will fire me soon for not meeting expectations.

With today's gas prices and my cars thirst for gasoline I feel the same way. I'm only making $11 an hour and have to fill up twice the week each week. If it wasn't for me not going anywhere on the weekends I'd probably end up putting my whole check in the gas tank. Thanks to my dad.for allowing me to live with him and having to pay barely any expenses.

same , im also an introvert and i was assigned to a job where i need to talk to people more often. In the interview, they did not tell to me my responsibilities , i just immediately accept the offer.

I can relate to this :( I WAS FORCED by my parents to put me as a waitress in a restaurant, and my hands and voice was shaking and cracking :( everybody was nice though, but they will give me a oddly look with their faces.

@@CANULGT Some people said this kind of experience is an exposure therapy, but my suggestion is that try out for a while, if it still makes you very anxious and get to a point that make your mental health worse, then it’s not worth it.

Just quit and find another one. Mental health is important

I've worked for one week and have no intention of giving two weeks' notice. There is no way I can stand working there another day let alone two weeks. I will however call the boss directly.

I rarely give 2-weeks notice because I know during my last 2 weeks they're going to make my workdays a living hell.

i can relate to this, im a extreme introvert and i wanted to make some money and my parents signed me up to work in a restaurant. Thinking that i would be doing the dishes at the back, i ended up being told to serve the customers with zero experience with working as its my first job. As a result, i ended up forgetting the customers order and i even gave a customer the wrong order. After that, my manager scolded me for that and my hold body was shaking and i tried to hold my tears :(

You can say you’ve decided to take on a new role that will expand your knowledge in (xyz) field. It’s a softer way of saying “better opportunity” because your boss might be a little ticked that you thought their job wasn’t a good opportunity!
