Thoughts on DNA to guide exercise modalities? Generic direction provides reports where you can more align your pre-disposed or dna bias with your workout program. Haven’t done it, but it’s interesting.

Hey, I think it’s helpful but has a long way to come before I would base my entire workout schedule on it. Still very helpful for understanding which exercises are likely best but then you also have to consider their current health status, recovery and so forth. 🙂🙂

Very informative as usual! I’ve been having a lot of success doing aerobic exercise with a twist - I try my best to only breathe through my nose. If I have to breathe through my mouth I’m going too hard. I’ve heard that with nose breathing you breathe deeper and get vasodialation benefits from the nitric oxide your nasal tissue produces, and you still get all of the exercise stress that tells your cells to improve their efficiency. I’d love to hear what you think of this strategy.

I think the more mouth breathing the better! Hopefully I can do a video about it soon, but I know Huberman talks about it on his channel and it’s powerful stuff!

@@dr.robinlewis You mean the more nose breathing the better, right? :)
