What vegetables I'm growing In August

So much growing space. Do use the big black area for cutting flowers. You also need herbs. Plant them along where you walk and then when you brush against them they release their scent. Thyme, sage, rosemary, lemon balm, lavender are all great and pretty too.

This is just solidifying my dream of moving to the county sometime. Absolutely love it, great work

You have transformed that space, it is looking amazing! You have so many options for that space next to the greenhouse: - Mini polytunnels (£40 on amazon) direct on the ground or stacked on shelves made from pallets/wood. - Wildflower meadow - wonderful insects for the veg garden & so much colour! - Fruit bushes - raspberry, blackcurrant, gooseberry etc - Perennial bed - asparagus, rhubarb etc (although with the hedge behind it may give too much shade?) - Carrots? they thrive in poor soil

Wonderful update! I'm so excited to see your veggie patch. And, your cauliflower plants were monsters! Well done with everything. I do hope you turn your area next to your greenhouse into cut-flower beds/area. Flowers can bring so much joy to gardening, especially when veggies can be so finicky at times. If you do go ahead with it, I've found zinnias and cosmos to be the easiest flowers to grow, and the most reliable, oh and statice too. You can cut statice and dry it, and it will last for forever! Oh and lavender! But, I'm not sure if any of those would be right for this time of year, in the Northern Hemisphere. But, anyway.. I hope that helps! Keep going; you'll have a jungle growing in no time!
