I so relieved that you got professional guidance! You definitely have a solid understanding of the process! I can’t wait to see how it comes out! ….. last bit of unsolicited advice; if you have an extra bit of aluminum laying around, prep a test panel and spray a few passes right before you start spraying the airplane. That way, if you need to make adjustments to the gun, you can do so before spraying the plane and making an ugly mess
Thanks for the advice. We do appreciate all the advice like this and that you've given on previous videos. The painting turned out pretty good. A more practiced professional defiantly would have done a better job than we did, but we are happy and proud of what we achieved. All of the blemishes we ended up with will be covered by our Classic Aero Interior anyways. So we feel good about what we ended up with.
