monthly expenses for a husband wife and 2 kids 75-80k for rent 2BHK in posh location or society or 2lk EMI for a 2.2 cr loan. Most new apartments cost 2.5-3 cr 10k for maid and cook 5k electric bill 2k broadband and mobile 10-20k for eating out on weekends 30k for groceries 10-20k for shopping 1lk for children school fees and other expenses 50k to save for once a year foreign trip 30k EMI for a 15lk car 10k petrol and maintenance 1lk SIP for mutual funds Overall approx 4-5lk pm which includes savings. So 75lk-1cr per annum gross income is required for decent living

Are sb apna budget hota hai hum palava phase 2 me rhte hai 2 bhk ka 10k dete hai n achi hi hai society baby chota hai maid hai cleaning n cooking maid hai 12 k jta hai husband 80 k salary n mera 50k salary hai ek Alto car hai enjoy to ho jta hai life me anway sbka apna alg lifstyle hota hai

9:57 no 4000 is not "a pretty good amount". That too in a city like mumbai. Plus it doesn't depend on someone's so called negotiations skill, it's basically availability of cheap labour caused by extreme poverty where people are ready to work at any nominal amount given to them.

Hello. The house help does not ONLY work at our place. She works at at least 7-8 other homes where she is getting paid minimum around 3-4K and in some houses double of that. It purely depends on what services they are providing. There are days when me and my husband eat out or are travelling and there’s literally no work to do. So please look at something holistically before you form a judgement..

@@Informar_PiyushVersova is an expensive place. A sharing room in a furnished flat would cost atleast 20 k and a full 2 BHK will cost atleast 80k. Nalasopara is extremely far off from main Mumbai, hence affordable but travelling will be a pain
