What Will Happen When I Go No Contact With a Narcissist? 

I deleted all the pics i had of him today as just scrolling caused toxic withdrawals from the insanity.Nip it in the bud as early as you can as the toxicity gives you a high ....its ridiqulous ...finally blocked and put to bed..and all done on his birthday i thought it was symbolic ...

I went no contact for 7 months and fell for the trap to ask how was my ex was doing to find out she was just lying acting like she realised stuff but her kid told me truth and she went back to old supply and was in a relationship for 3 month already while she acted like she was taking time to figure herself out. I said well seems like we reach a new low and just re-blocked her. NEVER TRUST A NARC

I used to wonder if I was the narcissist between my ex and me. I wondered if he was right, if I was the problem after all. But then, I started trying to go no contact and end things for good because of all the abuse. And he ALWAYS went stalker on ME. I stayed away. He would come back either with sweetness and apologies, or with the worst mental and emotional abuse. I realized that if I was the "bad guy," he would stay away and leave me alone. That really helped!

No contact because of a restraining order. He was so abusive until the last day he was emotionally and physically abusive. He wanted me to admit something I didn’t do.

And what if the ex narcissist tells us that they want us to move on, and not to reach out to them, say they no longer want or love you. Will they still come back if they’re saying they’re completely done with us? Mine said he’d get a no contact order if I ever tried reaching out to him. He kept hoovering and I put my foot down, and he’s ghosted ever since February. Then he sent me that random text about a month ago. What do y’all think?
