So many other teams have been competitive playoff teams, to then lose their window and fall to the bottom, retool and make it back up to contender level again, all for the Pistons during that time to go from mediocre at best to constantly worse to rock bottom

Is this team salvageable given ownership and how the once proud franchise has been destroyed?
